Demolition of plain cement concrete for any thickness in any position and of any discription complete all as specified and as diredted

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed and specified

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Type B-1) 12.5 mm aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-12mm thick durastone tiles of size 400x400 mm heavy duty of any pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge as in pavings laid over 20mm thick screed bed 1:4 laid and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Demolition of stone, brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone Work etc.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 including fair finishing to top surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains, side guide wall including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L coloured chequerred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed with grey cement & pigments in neat cement slurry in floors set in 15mm thick CM(1:6) including filling joints withwhite or colour cement as directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fo vibro compacted precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658 - 2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with gray cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortor 1:3 incl making the joint with or without grooves incl making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of SFRC manhole covers with and incl frame medium duty over all size 900 mm x 450 mm x 80mm thick factory made and test load 10 tones (MD-10) strength as per IS 12592 (2002) ISI marked incl demolition of existing manholes of any type all as specified by Engr -in-charge.

S & F of SFRC GT covers with and incl frame medium duty over all size 400 mm x 400 mm x 80mm thk factory made and test load 10 tones (MD-10) strength as per IS 12592 (2002) ISI marked incl demolition of existing manhole of any type all as specified by Engr -in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) and pavings including tiles etc, and exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for painting of two coats synthetic enamel paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black/ shade incl priming coat and cleaning/preparation of the new surface laid as per design approved by Engr-in-charge

M&L for painting of one coat synthetic enamel paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black/ shade incl cleaning/preparation of the old surface laid as per desigh approved by Engr-in-charge
