8890 MAINTENANCE REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION LT NETWORK SYSTEM STREET LIGHT AND EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT DAD COMPLEX UNDER AGE EM I OF GE SOUTH PUNE

Repair/rectification for street/security light/ perimeter light/ flood light any type, any make, any capacity against complaint received through telephone or in person to make the security/street lights in serviceable & functional condition as intimated by JE /Engr-in- charge by rectification/trace out the fault in position which includes disconnecting connection wire, removing/ taking down of street/security light fitting from wall/bldg/plinth/LT/HT PCC/steel tubular/swan neck poles/ octagonal poles upto 11 Mtr height from ground level or any other loc, bring to MES workshop, opening the screws, step opening, diagnosing the fault, replacing the defective spare parts/connection wire or any other part in presence of JE E/M or deptt rep etc, cleaning of light fitting/ glass/ acryic cover, re-assembling, testing for functioning, shifting back to site and refixing on GI pipe bracket/ wall/ pole after repair, making necessary connections or tightening of loose connection on connector/in bar chamber/in DB/in pole junction box, incl any type of repair in timer switch box as required to make the light fitting functional. The replacement of parts i.e. driver, SPD, LED lamp, LED panel, MCB, contactor, or any other part if reqd shall be measured and paid separately under relevat items of SCh. Note: -(i) Light fittings, flexible wire and LED driver, street light timer, MCBs, Contactors, junction boxes or any other item etc if required to be replaced in repair shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of the BOQ for supply only in-replacement. The quoted rate include cost of minor parts i.e. screws, thimble, insulation tape etc reqd.

(ii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 04 hrs of receipt of complaint. (iii) Repair of one light shall be measured as one unit for measurement. (iv) Contractor will get make and sample approval of items reqd to be replaced mentioned at Sr No 03 to 07 and will hand over to JE / Engr-in -Charge with all PV & TC to ensure repair of street light any time when reqd during currency of contract and these items/ material will be issued by JE E/M daily on actual assessment of complaints to replace the defective part and for accounting of items. The contractor will maintain register regarding details of daily complaints recd, pending, rectified, items replaced on daily basis duly signed by contractor, JE etc. (v) Old retrieved material shall be deposited to JE E/M in AGE E/M yard/ E/M wksp on same day and will be given to contractor at the time of RAR after necessary recovery under Sch of credit.

(vi) Contractor will provide own veh, ladder, any other tools & plants required at site at his own costs. no extra will be admissible on account of this. (viii) If a number of lights found unserviceable due to non availability/any defect in electric supply, then making of all lights functional with rectification of electric supply will be measured as one unit. (ix) The rate quoted include any type of charges involved for taking down/opening light/ assembling & re-fixing for site check by JE E/M/ Engr-in-charge to confirm the replacement of parts in light fittings fixed at any location etc.

All as per item No 1 but for Gate light/ Post top lantern of any type any wattage any make.

Supply only CVCC type, BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed potted LED driver having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit , voltage band 100 volts to 270 volt, Efficacy > 110 lm/W power factor 0.95 suitable for existing LED street light of capacity 30W to 45 W complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) The contractor shall have to procure the suitable driver for exising LED light fittings.
