Internal Electrification S & F for energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body, AC Single phase, 230 V, Ventil Air -DS type complete with blades,frame , louvers with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size hole to brick wall for fan base including writting the MES Number with synthetic enamel paint compelte all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of suitable opening in wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 6 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia, medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion.( 04 for Internal Electrification & 02 for External Electrification) Note:- (i) The concrete pit shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with providing 8mm dia TMT bars both ways with suitable handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I. External Electrification S&F integral driver LED street light with a nominal system lumen output of 7200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 120 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours before reaching at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT >5000K) and a CRI >70. The luminaire shall meet IP 66 raiting & IK05 rating with THD <20% & PF > 0.9. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium with a flat glass optical cover. The total power comsumption should not exceed 72 watt including driver. Make - Philips Greenline cat ref BRP410 LED CW 072 MR FG S1 PSU GR or equivalent model of equivalent make as giben Appendix 'B'.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently pinning around cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour and tools for horizontal boring through road / path / floor/hardstanding suitable for passing UG cables through 40 mm bore GI pipe as required including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.
