Cleaning of manholes of any description and in any position depth n'exc 1.5 m deep mechanically or manually by taking off sludge waste/night soli and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size collecting and removal of sludge in sealed container out side Air force boundary and disposal of the same complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item no 1 above but depth of manholes exc 1.5 m and n exc 3m deep complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dewatering of septic tank/soak well by using dewatering pumps sets of 7.5 HP capacity having dia of suction & delivery pipe as 4” & 3” respectively complete all as directed including making arrangements for disposal of sewage water in nearby nallahs/drains

Cleaning of existing chocked /blocked sewage lines of any bore of any description and in any position by taking out loose sediment sand,girt,ash,sludge water, rags ,fibres or vegetation from the following depth of sewage line including removal of sludge/debris to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and buried under ground complete all as specified and directed

Upto 1 m depth from GL

Exceeding 1.00 m and n'exc 1.5 m depth from GL.

Opening and cleaning of blockage of kitchen/bath traps or WC any pattern and in any position by rodding or manually upto 1st manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Sewage pipe line (any size & pattern) incl all fittings, heads, noses, bends, swan necks etc incl cleaning/repairing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia (internal) of SGSW pipes complete all as specified and directed (Pipes shall be measured & paid separately).

M & L 150 mm dia (internal) SGSW pipes Gde ‘A’ quality laid in trenches jointed in CM 1:2 and tested after the pipes are laid jointed complete all as specified and directed

M & L for returning filling in including spreading levelling and watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L removing excavated material exc 250 m but n exc 500 m distance and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillasters etc complete all as spd

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item No 16 above but, except brick using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks , finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,mixed with water proofing compound (liquid type) @ 200ml per 50Kg of cement all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge Note :- WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC in cover slab , floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing Precast Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate ) in cover Slab including necessary formwork set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed

M&L for Mild steel bars (TMT bars) 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes etc and writing the date of cleaning and the due date of cleaning complete all as specified & directed exc 250 & n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity of tank

S&F in repair float valve/ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe ( Min. wt. 20 mm -210 gms ) suitable for 20 mm dia Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 20mm and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections , including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

Description same all as per item no 34 above but 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair old unserviceable PVC top cover of tanks over head tank of 300 to 500 ltrs capacity with hinging device, with necessary nuts, bolts and washers installed at roof top , all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 77 above but capacity exc 500 Ltrs and not exc 1000 Ltrs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
