M & L for making 'V'shape grove of cracked roof surface, Clean the surface thoroghly from dust,dirt, moss etc and filling grove with crack filler (Acrylic based, single part sealant) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of the surface including filling of pot holes ,clean from loose particle and grind the surface and further applying one coat of Asian smartcare epoxy primer as 100 gms per Sqm and further applying High build elastomeric warerproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray/brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 2.5N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness of min 45 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, water based primer and applying Smart Care PU Magnum or approved equivalent in two to three coats to achieve a min, thickness of 1.2mm etc. complete as per manufacturere specifications and as directed. Note :- 1. Application should be done by Authorised applicator and it shold get approval prior to execution of GE. 2. Ponding test to be conducted (rate to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor)

M&L for providing UPVC door with shutters.The construction profile for UPVC Door shall be as follows. (i) Overall frame sectional size 60x58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 + or - 0.2 mm extruded sections. (ii) The corners will be plastic welded. (iii) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized steel profile of wall thickness 1.2 mm +/- 0.2 mm. (iv) The door shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm dia MS screws minimium 3 nos on each side. (v) The glazing shall be fixed to door frame with UPVC standerd beadings of 24.05 x 16 mm of 2 mm thick. (vi)The bottom portion of door shutter shall be provided with UPVC board 5mm thick & 1 mtr in height and the balance shall be glazed excluding the shutter frame area. (vii) The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3 nos of 3D hinges.The Door shutter shall be provided with 5mm thick plain/frosted sheet glass & 5mm UPVC board with EPDM rubber gasket, one motice lock with powder coated handles and two numbers powder coated MS tower bolts complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge.

The profile for construction of UPVC window frame shall be made of UPVC material confirming to IS 10151. 2. The frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension of 65X50 mm having wall thickness 2mm +/- 0.2 mm. 3. The corners of wall frame shall be joined by MS galvanized brackets,joints mitred and plastic welded. 4. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized MS tube of wall thickness 1 mm +/- 0.1 mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame. 5. The profiles should be single chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. 6. The window system should be Glazed with 5mm thick plain glass fixed in window frame as per manufacturer's instructions and specifications. and as directed by Engr-In -Charge.

M & L for UPVC fixed ventilator with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- 1. M&L for UPVC ventilator frame shall be made of PVC material confirming to IS 10151. M &L for modular false ceiling systems in Armstrong Scala having micro look teglar edges of 12mm thickness of size 600mmx600mm GRG ceiling tiles shall have a humidity resistence of RH 99 with NRC level of 0.70 and light reflactance up to 85% and fixed with suspension system (Grid) The size of the same is 15mm x 32mm, The galvanised iron sheet of thick 0.30mm used in the manufacturing of gird is zinc coated for preventing corrosiion.
