i) Daily engagement of house keeping staff at Main Building, High Court, Calcutta for Hon'ble Court Room No. 1, 8 & 16, Chief Justice House, Judges Corridors, Chamber No. 1, 3, Lounge and Roof at 1st and 2nd floor as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Daily engagement of 2 (two) nos. Facility Manager / Supervisor competent enough to handle High Court, Calcutta in 2 shifts. He/She should have proper knowledge of the protocols as per norms, who would work with close close co-ordination with P.W.D. (Civil) and receive and deliver charges as per assignments given time to time and report to the Assistant Engineer, P.W.D. (Civil) as and when required. He/She should provide Snag List and prepare monthly maintenance reports so as to facilitate the department in maintaining the building. Monthly service report must be submitted to the authority to evaluate the performance. The Facility Manager / Supervisor will review with the client the monthly performance along with the authorised performance from the client office. Service Charges includes overhead, profit and all other charges as per Govt. norms in vogue including cost of all cleaning materials, tools, plants and machineries etc. complete. Scope of work is attached in NIT as Annexure-I which must be followed by the bidder strictly.
