Annual Maintenance and Upkeep of Archaeological Gardens in the state of Bihar for the financial year 2019-20.

Complete maintenance of the entire intensive garden (in 'B" class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area = 185823 sqm. Area for 12 months : 40305 x 12 = 483660 sqm.

Complete maintenance of the entire extensive garden (in 'c" class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area = 12141 sqm. Area for 12 months = 12141 x 12 = 145692 sqm.

Complete maintenance of tree plants (beyond 6 years old) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees = 600 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 600 x 12 = 7200 nos.

Complete maintenance of tree plants (beyond 8 years old) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees = 847 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 847 x 12 = 10164 nos.
