Construction of Slipway and working platform excavation in hard dense soil, returning filling, RCC M -40 concrete in Pile foundation & superstructure of rails,wooden chokes,trolly,Cradles and fixing of bollards etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating and providing additional stiffening plates 12 mm thick, to suit 600 mm dia piles, cutting, bending and rolling the plate to the required shape and dimensions welding the joints and lengthening wherever required, complete all as directed.

Boring/ vibrating into ground for cast in situ piles 600 mm dia to the required depth through all types of soil strata including cemented sand, Coral Reefs, boulder layers , weathered rock and hard rock if any upto the foundation level using DMC method/ suitable method using bentonite slurry to retain the sides of the bore and getting out to any lift and stacking the bored soil at convenient place and transported to the low lying area anywhere within a lead exc. 1.50 km but not exc. 5 km and depositing where directed or as directed directed by the Engineer in Charge all as per drawings complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) The work to be executed at sea shore and the unit rate quoted shall be considered for the same and no extra payment shall be admissible for the same. (ii) MS liners shall be measured and paid separately (iii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for mobilisation, errection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipments for pile boring and including all labour and materials required. Nothing extra shall be admissible for mobilisation of equipments separately.

CRS TMT bars Fe 500 D grade steel for pile reinforcement in piles including cutting, bending, welding, tying with binding wire of 18 Gauge, assemblying, placing, maintaining in position in the reinforcement cages all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

CRS TMT bars Fe 500 D grade steel, 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in stirrups, spacers and binders all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

CRS TMT bars Fe 500 D grade steelas in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement including cutting, bending, welding, tying with binding wire of 18 Gauge, assemblying, placing, maintaining in position in the reinforcement cages all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M40 grade cast in situ bored pile of 600 mm dia, any length/ any section in position as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge mixed with superplasticizer of approved brand conforming to IS 9103 standard, mixing and depositing concrete in position by tremie method, as required and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge complete including non destructive integrity test on all piles as per IS: 2911 Part IV. Notes:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Providing testing equipment and conducting dynamic load test of 600 mm dia bored pile (Initial load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position Mild Steel cylindrical liners of 8 mm thick M.S plate from approved manufacturers in accordance with IS: 2062 to suit 600 mm dia piles to the required depth bottom driving edge (12 mm), cutting, bending and rolling the plate to the required shape and dimensions welding the joints and lengthening wherever required, complete all as directed. Note:- Stiffenining plate shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including dewatering/ bailing out/ pumping out water on account of high water table using any method complete all as directed (Note:- Solid only shall be measured and paid)

Supply and Fixing of Rolled Mild steel crane rail section of ICSR80 (Conforming to IS 3443-1980), fixed on base plate, including cutting the rails to required length , grinding the ends including fixing using fish plates of suitable pattern and MS separators, drilled holes including protective coating for rails, DFT 50 micron barrier 80 & DFT 150 micron of Penguard mid coat (Jotun) or equivalent complete all as specified and shown on drawings. (Note:- (i) MS Bolts, base plate and fish plate shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of MS separators)

Supply and fix of Gantrex type rail clips rail lock BG15/AI (galvanised) or equivalent for fixing rail to base plate complete as per drawing and all as specified and directed. (Note : Nut and bolts shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and fixing of Bolt M20*70 DIN931 8.8 HDG including nut etc as per drawing and complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of Bolt M22*100 DIN931 8.8 HDG including 1 nut and 1 washer for Fishplate etc complete as per drawing and complete all as specified and directed

Painting with two coats of black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade to sides of sheet pile.

Supply and Installation of Fish plates for CR80 conforming to IS 2062 E250 for connecting two rails along with fish nuts and bolts for joining of rails including alignment of track complete all as specified and shown on drawings. (Note : Nut and bolts shall be measured and paid separately.)

Expansion joints: Providing expansion joints as shown in drawings and all as directed. (Note:-1. The unit rate quoted shall deem to be included for the cost of materials, equipments, plants, instruments, labour and survey, fuel etc.)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified

Supplying and fixing of HBL 10T, T-Type 10 Tonne T-Type Cast Iron CI Bollard in postion all as shown on drawings Make: HI Tech/ A R Bollard/ Ci Mooring Bollard/ Marine Bollard/ Bhavani Cast Iron Bollard.

Supplying and fixing of D-Type Fender HDF 350 mm x 350 mm x 1300 mm Make: HI Tech Elastomers Ltd/ Polyforms Fenders/ M/s IRM Offshore and Marine Engineers Pvt Ltd/ Rane Elastomer Processors/ Sandhyaflex Rubber Fender as approved.

Fabricaton, fixing and errecting of Stainless steel Ladder with stainless steel SS 316 M 36 x 415 L resin anchor stud with nuts and washers at Support Jetty after drilling holes of 35 mm dia and 300 mm depth as required distance on the concrete sub strata, cleaning and grouting the hole with two component Epoxy resin based anchoring grout master flow 935 of BASF/ HIT RE 500 of HILTI or equivalent materials as approved by the GE.

Plain cement concrete Grade M 10 (1:3:6 ) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as in levelling course required at sloping track from stopper beam to winch house inside Technical shed level as directed and as shown on drawings.

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Cradle setup with stopper rested on top of rails all as shown on drawings and all as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M40 grade Design mix cast in situ for Slabs, facia etc all as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for deck structure.

SHEET PILE connecting touch piles : Factory made sheet pile, 300 mm width, 12 mm thick , including cutting, bending, fabricating built up section and welding and driving upto required level complete all as shown on drawings and as directed .

Leveling of Sea bed to profile the slope 1:20 (along the slopping track from Marine side to Technical Shed complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Provision of installation of PVC pipe 50 mm dia, 550 mm deep, provided as uplift pressure pipe @ 2 m c/c spacing on slopping track as shown in drawings.

Dismantling Touch pile sheet pile wall under water, including cutting MS plates, reinforcement bars and stacking the useful materials including handing over the retrieved materials as directed by Engineer in Charge. Preparation of steel surfaces and applying 2 coats of epoxy/high rich zinc paint over one coat of epoxy primer on steel surfaces of rails, base plates, fish plates etc complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven silent generating set 62.5 KVA/ 50 KW Make KIRLOSKAR (KOEL GREEN) Engine model 4R810TAGI (83 BHP) or Eqivalent of Ashok leyland VECV- VOLVO with acoustic enclosure confirming to CPCB norms & approved by ARAI 415 Volts, three phase 4 wire, 1500 rpm engine as per IS: 10001/ 10002 and alternator as per IS: 4722/ IS:13364 complete with fuel tank & battery, anti vibration mounting etc. and dimention as per standard design of manufacturrer including making necessary electrical connections by using lugs, nut bolt etc control panel with necessary meters and sound proof canopy of comprising of the following :-.

a) DIESEL ENGINE: Liquid cooled, 4 stoke (62.5 KVA) developing suitable BHP @ 1500 RPM. Engine will rail mounted, radiator of adequate capacity, with blower fan, fan guard, fan belts etc. The diesel engine shall be suitable to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10000, BS-5514, standards with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours of operation. Diesel engine will comply with present CPCB norms (b) ALTERNATOR : Alternator suitable to deliver output 50 KW/62.5 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415V, 0.8 PF (LOG), 50HZ, 3PH, in SPDP enclosure, self-excited & regulated, brushes. (Note:- First filling of Diesel shall be done by the contractor and unit rate qoted shall deem to be included for the same.)
