S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & Bottom rails. MS frames shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. M&L for providing 15 mm wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner) over & including on 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Metallic floor hardner application 06Kg/Sqm or as per manufacture instructions (ii) Cost of metallic floor hardner included in quoted rate.

M&L for Non skid, coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick 400 x 400mm size of approved colour, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete as in flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface (300x600x7mm) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat on brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished on vertical surfaces to receive tiles etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down brick tiles,terracing tiles, single layer from roof laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud phuska/cement concrete in roof any thickness, including plaster and leaping/whether full thickness removed on only a part thereof.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning old surface and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 MM graded aggregate) and then 20mm thick screed in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with :- (i) Water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacture insturctions. (ii) Cost of WPC inclusive in quoted rate.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (A) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified. (B) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (C) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge

(Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

Taking down ceiling fan any make from ceiling carefully, cleaning to remove any type of sticky dust with cleaning material as required and re-fixing in its original / desired location with necessary connection incl provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan after repairing, greasing, oiling, replacement of minor items such as pins, nut bolts, flexible wire etc incl spray painting with synthetic enamel paint in white colour complete all as specified & directed
