Taking out old unserviceable AHU body & supply and fixing of factory fabricated double skinned powder coated GI frame of 21 gauge, 25 mm thick CFC puf insulated for AHU body including proper door handles, corner supports cutting, bending, welding/ brazing/ wooden work/ structural support complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for anodised aluminium frames for AHU Panel with one or more rebates, welding, jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs AHU cooling coil of any size and any rows as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs humidity control set including heater strips and complete connecting wiring suitable for cut out system as per existing at site

Supply & fix in repairs dry and wet bulb thermo meter. Make- Dimple or equivalent

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of TEFC squirrel cageIP-55 protected VFD compatible induction motor(AHU blower motor) having 10 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts,50 Hz,1450 RPM suitable for 12000 cfm AHU and fixed on AHU base plate with suitable size nuts, bolts, washers including making electric connections of motors, earth connections with suitable size copper conductor cables, suction and delivery pipes connections complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Supply, lay and welding MS pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc. of size 100 mm dia including taking down old existing MS pipe complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable AHU pipe line insulation, cleaning the surface with steel brush to remove dirt,dust and make it free of scale, greases and foreign matter and supply and fix nitrile rubber insulation (Armaflex) of one layer of 19mm thickness sticking on surface of AHU pipe line by using approved adhesive and sealing the joints by weather proof tape on the pipe up to 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated insulation from duct, cleaning the duct surface with steel brush to remove dirt, dust and make it free of scale, greases and foreign matter etc and supply and fix nitrile rubber insulation(Armaflex) one layer of 19mm thickness sticking on surface of duct by using approved adhesive and sealing the joints by weather proof tape complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of coil section of any size AHU/FCU for descaling and providing 2 Nos 15mm Tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the coil (separate container and small pump set to be used for circulation) PH value Zem solution to be kept at 4 & checked at an interval of 1 hour duration process the scalgum/WS/Cleansol or equivalent solution to be used for descaling if ph value remains less than 7 flush with fresh water added to sodium carbonate till ph value become 7, refix the coil section in position including minor repairs to be carried out in AHU coil bins to be claeared by scalgum solution by spraying the solution with washing pump up to required level and replacement of canvas connection between AHU complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs blower set including drum and shaft along with anti-vibration spring isolators for minimizing vibrations(Blow/draw through type) as per the existing size and suitable for size RDH 350- 450 CFM of the AHU/FCU/RU unit all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceble drain pan of cooling coil from AHU box and supply and fix new condensate drain pan fabricated from 1 mm thick SS304 wider drain pan with differential slope assures quick and complete water drainage, thus avoiding migration of moisture, which is the major cause of microbiological growth including cutting welding/ brazing complete all as per site requirement and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs volume control damper made out of galvanized iron or anodized aluminium with overlapping leafs to avoid any leakage from the damper suitable for AHU as per existing at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs manual operated SA damper made out of anodized aluminium with overlapping leafs to avoid any leakage from the damper suitable for AHU as per existing at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs leather type canvas in AHU duct of any size as per existing at site

Material and labour for framed work with structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling carefully complete AHU box panels aluminium structures including fine and pre filters, filter section,return and supply air handling ducts of motor blower including drum, structural steel supports, V belts, chilled water coil drain pan, pulley, cooling coil, inlet and outlet chilled water pipe line, burtterfly valves, drain line, AHU drain pan , inlet and outlet canvas connection and reassembling carefully by replacing all old bearings of motor blowers, V groove pulley, canvas, belts, motor paddles, all hardwares and reshape the pipe lines as per requirement all as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix GI filter frame section 18 gauge for fine filters and refixing all filters as per existing site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs including testing of pressure guage suitable for chilled water pipe lines in AHU including all accessories complete all as specified. Make :- Fiebig or equivalent

Supply,fabricate and erection of GI sheet 16 gauge base frame for AHU unit including all accessories such as corner, carriage bolt hangers, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudnal joints etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviable Fan Coil Unit and Supply and Fix Fan Coil Unit with cooling coil made out of copper tubes with finned aluminium any row upto 7. 5 TR capacity, reconnecting inlet and outlet chilled water connection, drainage connections and testing for leak test and reconnecting, welding etc and testing on required load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning wall mounted AHU LT panel board of CPRI approved make indoor type double door, dust and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size mounting on wall with suitable size nuts and bolts with front opening and locking arrangement complete and applying two coats of powder coating of approved shade over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including internal wiring with suitable size FRLSH copper conductor cable, copper glands , lugs and following accessories including taking down old U/s panel board after disconnecting all connections carefully:- (i) Aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps capacity (ii) MCCB 4P 63A 16 KA - 1 No Incoming Make- L & T (iii) MCCB TP 32A 16KA - 2 Nos Make :- L & T (iv) DOL Starter suitable for 5 HP pump (v) VIF meters - 1 No (vi) CT Coils - 100/5 (vii) Indicator lamp - 3 Nos (viii) All other related safety accessories like relays, on- off buttons, single phase preventer and connected copper wiring complete .

Taking down old unserviceable AHU pre filter and Supply and fix new pre filters efficiency 90% down to particular size of 10 micron double knitted twisted polymer fabric (washable) rated with press drop of 6 mm WC, including aluminium anodized frame work of 16 SWG to be mounted in AHU filter assembly size as per existing. Make: ASPAWYMAN/DYNA/MHP as approved

Disconnecting and taking out 100 HP electric motor from installed position and opening the complete motor, removing the complete burnt out winding wires of the motor and cleaning with cleaning element, preparing the surface and rewinding with super enamelled suitable size ( as per existing) copper winding wire, filling of slot with insulating materials like paper, fibre sleeves, tape according to classification of motor and also varnishing, heating complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions including installing back in original position after repairs, connecting the power supply, drive system and testing on load for continuous 08 hours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge all as specified .

Taking down old unserviceable duct insulation, cleaning the duct surface with steel brush remove dirt/dust and make it free of mill scale , greases and foreign matter.Material & labour for painting the surface with two coats of bituminous paint taking spl care over non galvanised part, applying rubber based adhesive CRPX compound manufacted by Shaimar tar product on ducts sticking the fiber glass wool section in the form of pad with the density 24 Kg/Cum shall be fixed tightly to the surface & all joints to be sealed properly by using sealing compound,cover with aluminium foil kraft paper, laminate with minimum overlap of 50mm, seal each lap joint with self adhesive aluminium foil tape 50mm wide, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs wire netting of galvanised steel wire 24 guage fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples mesh size 12mm aparture over entire duct insulation with 50mm overlap for preventing rat bites

Material & labour for Cleaning of Air handling ducts (GI/Al) internally by using special T&P like robortic arm, air compressor, air jet nozzles, flipper, vaccum pump and a suction blower with hepa filter and check before and after the cleaning all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down GI/Al or any other type of false ceiling and refixing the same after completion of work all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
