Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of drain pipes, or for manhole, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Removing excavated material nexc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Demolation and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware ,AC or Reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar including bedding haunching complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L in replacement of 150mm bore pipe reinforced concrete, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for 150 mm dia bore drain pipe for bed concrete including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar including coping etc all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid blocks ( 1:3:6 ) type C-I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width as in block masonry built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any discription on any surfaces, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3 ) on concrete surfaces or masonry surfaces as in manholes,gully traps etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, benching of manholes etc, and including necessary formwork and including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L pre-cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for man holes etc, set in CM I : 6 and including demolition of old slabs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F Providing SFRC manhole covers with rectangular frame of size 44"x26" MD-10 fixed at site up to satisfactoin of Engr-in-Charge and including dismentling of old manhole cover slab complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5 cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in lime mortar 1:3 or cement motar 1:6 complete)

M&L for removal of blockage in between WC and nahani trap/WC to Ist manhole / floor trap to nahani trap etc. by flexible roding and removal the all dirt up to a distance of 100 m all as directed.Note : (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 7 days the same shall be removed without any extra cost of the Govt. (ii) Cleaning of line in between manhole where in the blockage remove shall deemed to incl the rate coated. (iii) If contractor failed to clear the blockage with in 24 hours from the receipt of complaint, a penalty of Rs 50 per day will charge up to 7 days and after 7 days same will be Rs 100.00 till completion of complaint.

De-watering of septic tanks/soakage wellslGrease trap of any size and any depth by pumping with trolley mounted pump sets including carrying the waste water in closed containers and unloading it out side the MoD land at location shown by Engr-in-Charge at a distance n. exc 5 km from the starting point. septic tanks/soakage wells/grease trap of any size/depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge\nNote:-\n(i) Hydraulically driven high pressure pump, capacity of 295L/min at 135 bar.\n(ii) Hydraulically driven high pressure pump, having 1850 cum/hr Suction Pressure.\n(iii) Rear hydraulic driven hose reel with 120m jetting hose.\n(iv) Proper safety of the operator during operation.\n(v) Rate shall be deemed to included in quoted rate.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of any size,depth not exc 1.50 mtr by excavating sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of any size,depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0mtr by excavating sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of any size,depth exc 3.0 mtr but not exc 4.5 mtr by excavating sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning solid /liquid mud deposited in under ground sewage lines, upto and including 150mm dia bore, of any type, between consecutive manholes, by hydraulic jet pressure machine, through connecting manholes, complete men, machine and water as required , including removal and refixing of manhole covers, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair water closet squatting pan 'Orissa Pattern'of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with P' or 'S' trap complete incl. jointing and provision of PCC 1:5:10 bed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic colour tiles 300x200 & 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dado, set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with existing surface make complete all specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat. (iii) 40mm bore GI pipe for spout pipe length 0.75m

Lime concrete with stone agg in lime mortar 1:2 as filling in sunken floor as in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete (50mm thick) type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down mild steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing `medium grade’ galvanized 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling concealed and joints fixed with adhesive complete all as specified and directed.
