Repair and Overhauling of 625 KVA Cummins DG Set (Engine No. 25227310, Model No. KT-2300-G) at CPH, Samastipur and 250 KVA Cummins DG Set (Engine No. 25762906) at Saharsa Power House.

The tenderer shall posses the valid Electrical Contractor's license andSupervisory License issued by any State/Central Govt. licensing board forthe required voltage level or above with their tender paper. Tenderswithout valid electrical contractor's license & Supervisory license willsummarily be rejected.

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Attested copies of the documents pertaining to constitution of the concern (Sole Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm /Registered Company/ Registered Trust / Registered Society /HUF etc.) as described in detail at clause no.14 of Tender Form (Second Sheet) of GCC 2022 as well as legal competency of theperson signing the tender offer (Power of Attorney) should be uploaded clearly indicating the nature of the firm. Power of attorney shall be submitted even if the person signing on behalf of the tenderer is authorized for that purpose through partnership deed / Memorandum of Understanding / Article ofAssociation or such other document, failing which tender is liable to be rejected. Sole proprietorship firm shall have to submit notarized copy of the affidavit. In case the tender is signed and submitted by the proprietor himself /herseIf, no power of attorney is required. Railway reserves the right to legally scrutinize original copies of such documents as and when required. After opening of the tender, any document pertaining to the constitution of Sole Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm / Registered Company/ Registered Trust / Registered Society / HUF etc. shall be neither asked nor considered, if submitted.Further, no suo moto cognizance of any document available in public domain (i.e., on internet etc.) or in Railway's record/office files etc. will be taken for consideration of the tender, if no such mention is available in tender offer submitted.

The tenderer will have to make payment towards Earnest moneydeposit (EMD) against this tender through online paymentmodes like net banking, debit/ credit cards etc. available onIREPS portal (www.ireps.gov.in). The tenderer is required to paythe Earnest Money deposit before he can prepare and submit hisbid. Any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Policy andPromotion (DIPP) as 'Startups' shall be exempted from paymentof Earnest Money on submission of Registration Certificateissued by appropriate authority. 100% Govt. owned PSUs shallbe exempted from payment of earnest money deposit. LabourCooperative Societies shall deposit only 50% of above earnestmoney deposit on submission of necessary documents.

In support of their credentials, the Tenderers should submit along with their tenders document - List of Plant and Machinery available on hand (own/hired) and proposed to be inducted (own/ hired) to be given separately for the subject work .

The Earnest Money and Cost of tender booklet : There is one mode for submssion of EMD through online payment. The bidders will have to make payment towards tender document cost and earnest money against the tender through online payment modes like net banking, debit/ credit cards etc. available on IREPS portal in favour of FA & CAO, ECR, Hajipur payable at Hajipur executed by State Bank of India or any of the Nationalized Banks or Scheduled Bank.

Eligibility criteria for works tender in respect of partnership firms:-

in case the tenderer is a partnership firm s , the experience, solvency and turn over shall be in the name and style of the firm only.

If the tenderer is a partnership firm, all the partners shall be jointly and severally liable for successful completion of the work and no request for change on the certification of the firm shall be entertained.

During the currency of the contract, no partner of the firm shall be permitted to withdraw from partnership business and in such and event it shall be treated as breach of trust and abandonment of the contract.

JOINT VENTURE will not be permitted for the tenders.

Any Conditional offer will be summarily rejected.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes/GST, license fee, royalty charges etc. legally leviable by State, Central Govt. and/or any other local authority.

Earnest Money and Tender Document Cost: -All the tenderers / Contractors have to deposit full earnest money and tender document cost as stipulated in the tender document through online modes as permitted in IREPS application.

Tenderers shall note that the submission of supportingdocuments at the time of on line bidding of tender, is importantand they shall ensure the same. However Railways may seekclarification/details/documents in this regard.
