REPAIR/UPGRADATION OF INTERNAL ROADS WITH LAYING RCC AT 12 TAC AF UNDER GE DRONACHAL

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade III as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required .The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of M0RTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm in thickness, complete including removal of the debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 150 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and a transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specifie and as directed.

Material and Labour 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over WMM layer complete all as specified and as directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap)

Material and Labour for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less all including the formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints in 150 mm thick Concrete Slab, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A including 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring form work and preformed filler for dowelsd complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
