Dimantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, valley gutter etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position like trusses, rafters, purlins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, Gusset plate and base plates, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe-410-Wgde -E-250) quality 'B' includng welding or riveting etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long and dia of neck from 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, and existing frame work also, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non asbestos designer fibre cement building boards of 595mm x 595mm x 4 mm thick, used as a panel insert in a frame work with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F frame work made using powder coated aluminum T-section of size 25mm x 25mm of 19 guage or 1mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm x 600mm. The aluminum frame work shall be supported from the ceiling by providing of J Hook or 4mm dia GI wire of required size to maintain the proper levels etc complete all as specified and directed. (The aluminum frame work shall be supported on side wall with the use of powder coated aluminum Angle section of size 25mm 25mm of 19 gauage or 1mm thick angles etc.)

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mmx 450mm , 6 to 7 mm thick on the vertical surfaces such as in skirting / dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortal backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick machine cut, pre-polished black jet, premium quality granite stone slab in skirting, Kitchen platform /dado etc laid over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding the edges half round and polishing including etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Machine cut, pre-polished kota stone slab (single piece) in floor laid over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 35.00 above but for vertical surfaces such as skirting etc, over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 3 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filledup with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer)the BFC should dbe eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals.
