Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
Painting AAI logo of size 450 x 750mm (logo shall be painted in blue colour) on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade using cutting stencil of acrylic sheet of 12mm thick, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge.
Providing Casting & Erecting factorty made RCC Precast boundary wall of 3.00 mtrs width, 3.30 mtrs height and 100 mm thickness Consisting of two panels each of size 3.00 x 1.65 m and 100mm thick as per the specification and enclosed tentative drawing including supply of all materials, excavation, foundation, erection of wall panels and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete as follows: i) Earth work in excavation upto 1.8 mtrs in depth for the pre- cast footing, Pre-Cast RCC Column and boundary wall panels including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m as per the approved Design/Drawing. ii) Providing & Laying in-situ plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size for 100mm thickness including the cost of centering and shuttering below RCC Pre-Cast footing. (Size of PCC - 1700 mm x 1550 mm x 100 mm) iii) Providing & casting RCC pre-cast Concrete footing of size - 1350 mm x 1500 mm x 850 mm height, pre-cast columns and pre-cast wall panels as per drawing using M30 mix as per relevant BIS and with the reinforcement as per BIS, with necessary arrangements in the panels to receive/weld the MS frame work for fixing Concertina coil fence. iv) Erecting the raft footings over the PCC base under para (3) above, and erecting the vertical boundary wall panels above raft footing in the earmarked alignment using machinery with proper levels, vertically with expansion joints at every 30 metres spacing.
v) Back filling the excavated trench with available excavated earth and consolidation of the same to the required level. Note:- 1) The rate shall include all labour charges, providing necessary moulds, demoulding after required setting of concrete, lifting using mechanical accessories, curing, cost of loading & un-loading and transportation at site etc. complete. 2) The rate shall be inclusive of design & drawing duly vetted by a Reputed Govt. Engineering institution and carrying out the works as per approved design & drawings, checking the structural stability etc. and all related necessary works etc complete as per the Direction of Engineer-ln-Charge. 3) The agency has to make provision for fixing Grills in Wall Panels for smooth flow of water, wherever required. Cost of Grill shall be paid seperately. 4) Refer clause 4 of SCC.
Brick work with non modular Fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 5.0 average compressive strength in foundation and plinth in: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
Deduction for not Providing Wall Panel of size 1.65m x 3m & 100mm thick in place where grills have to be fixed. Rates have to be Quoted based on non-provision of per wall panel of above mentioned dimension.
