Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, and getting out watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete for angle iron post complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 04 above but 8 mm dia TMT bars as in stirrups complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel framed work as in plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end screwed other or screwed end fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm long embedded into concrete portion all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type carefully and kept in stores/ safely at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete for post complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 90mm to 110mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or typing a crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured separately.

M & L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm dia with hexagonal or square head at one end screwed other or screwed end fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm long all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on surfaces of steel, n. exc 10cm in width or girth including preparation of new untreated steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing protected with 1mm thick PVC vinyl coated of specified size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers, water and rammed to true surface in plinth protection/ hard standing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid in floor sub base cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete (1: 2 :4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in base, cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated/ demolished material (soil) to a distance n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil including removing excavated surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of guage n. exc 63mm, of broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface but except material all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 125mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC (Nominal Mix) (1:1.5:3) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS sections as in ISMC, angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss /column / staircase /ladder /anchor (MS HSFGB Grade10.9S) bolt for columns/ base plates /gusset plates, wind tie, etc including cutting welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 160mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
