SCHEDULE `A' PART-I Special repair to existing non-resdl accns (Adm block, Storage accn, URC bldg & MT accns)

ADM BLOCK:

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

15mm thick plaster on brick wall surfaces in cm 1:4 using coarse sand.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mmin patches of area 2.50sqm and under, including cutting the patches in proper shape, saking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface in CM 1:4 including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrance, black finished reinforced with non woven polyster malt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25ºC,0.87-0.89 Kg/ltr and viscocity70-160cps. over the primer coat the layer of membranceshall be laid using butan torch and sealing all joints etc and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23ºc as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N softening point of membrane 20% less than 150ºC. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2ºC when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane and i/c the cost of cleaning of surface for the preparation of roof treatment by plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix to maintain the required slope and make smoth surface etc. and disconnecting overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge incl the cost of re-installation of the same storage tank all complete. (Make: Pidilite/ Asian or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Distempering one or more coats on old work with 1st quality acrylic distemper having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Distempering one or more coat on new work with 1st quality acrylic distemper having VOC content less than 50 gms/ltrs of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour.

Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint & required shade two or more coats applied @1.67ltr/10 sqm including prierming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg /10 sqm. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives, two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing Kiln reasoned and chemically treated hollock wood frame work consisting of battens 50 x25 sqm fixed with rawl plug and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc including priming coat complete.

Providing & fixing ply wood 4mm thick, one side decorative veneers conforming to 15.1328(type-1), for plain lining/eladding with neccesary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface.

Providing & fixing wooden moulded beading of 2nd class teak wood 50 x12 mm to frames for fixing ply wood with iron screws, plugs and polishing, prieming etc complete

STORAGE ACCN:

Demolishing cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 or more, including disposal of materials within 50 mtr lead as directed by Engr-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure in cm 1:4

Reinforcement cement concrete 1:1 5:3 in shelves, bands etc using coarse sand 20 mm graded aggregate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for shelves

Providing wood work of kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood for frames of door, wrought framed and fixed in position with holdfast, lugs or dash fasteners etc.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (part-I) non-decorative type, 30 mm thick.

Supply and fixing of ISI marked oxidised MS sliding door bolt 300x16mm with nuts and screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised MS tower bolt black finish with necessary screws etc.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised MS handle 125 mm

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade, one or more coats of new work applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall etc with extended built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections of approved make and conforming to 15:1285,fixing with dash fasteners of required dia & size,including necessary filling the gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottoms and sides with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, CP brass/stainless steel screws etc complete.(anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1860,minimum anodic coating of grade AC-15).
