Tenderer to quote item Description, Technical Specification/Drawing, as per Annexure and Make to be clearly mentioned and related documents must be uploaded at the time of bidding otherwise offer will be liable to be passed over.

The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by TPI after receipt of material.

Guarantee/Warranty certificate is required to be submitted at the time of supply of material.

A warranty certificate from the OEM should be submitted during delivery of the material.

Para Meter (1)Test Certificate:-(I)Bidder should submit Test report from any NABL accredited Laboratory as per above specification at the time of bid.(II) System must be tested from Govt. Laboratory preferably from National Test House and Test Report to be submitted mandatory along with offered bid or tender.

Para Meter (2) Make in India compliance:- Item must have Make in India compliance, MII Declaration must be provided in OEM's letter head.

Para Meter (3) Certification of OEM :- 1. OEM of the offered item should be registered under UDYAM (MSME). 2. OEM must be certified under ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

Para Meter (4) OEM's Authorization:- For Re-seller,bidder must be submitted bid specific authorization on OEM's letter head.

Para Meter (5) Technical evaluation:- The above specification along with all the required certificates as treat as a final specification for technical evaluation of bid or tender.
