M&L for pre-painted 0.50mm thick Gavalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position as in unframed works such as roof purlins, rafters, fillets ,ridges etc as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel (Fe 410W, Gde 250) work as roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries ,rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (beams, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) etc complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including snap grid frame work all as specified.

S&F of 40 mm dia, cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel, fancy type bright finished, complete all as specified and directed

S&F continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel bright finish in electro galvanized width of flat (when open) in 30mm, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each including cutting holes in brick/ stone wall built in cement / lime mortar, embedded portion exc half brick but n.exc one brick for inserting new hold fast and making good the disturbed portion/surfaces, in CM 1:3 complete all as directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described below :- (i) M&L for demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position of WC’s/Bathroom/ Kitchen etc in sunken portion area, removing demolished material completely and old waste pipe from sunken portion and cleaning the side/bottom surface of sunken floor with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) M&L for application/forming of waterproofing liquid membrane moistening the prepared surface for proper dispersion and penetration and applying two component cementitious elastomeric water proofing coating damp block 2k as per manufacturers specifications. The treatment shall be carried out to the entire bottom surface and vertical surface upto the bottom height of wall tiles. Adequate curing to be done on vertical surfaces and ponding test for 48 hours on the bottom surface to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Make :- M/s Asian paint, M/s fosroc, M/s Berger NOTE : (a) Treatment shall be done through authorised applicator/representative of the manufacturer only. (b) Warranty for water proofing to be submitted by the contractor as per manufacturer norms (c) M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces duly mixed with liquid WPC @ 150 ml in 50 Kg of cement by weight, on vertical and bottom surface, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separtely) (d) M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (40mm grade stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, filling in two layers in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed. (e) M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm grade stone aggregate) as in padding duly mixed with liquid WPC @ 150 ml in 50 Kg of cement by weight, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separtely) (f) spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (g) Floor area i.e. length and breadth of floor shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, mixed in CM as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash lime bricks (FALB) conforming to IS 12894, old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick thick wall with fly ash lime bricks (FALB) conforming to IS 12894, old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall,dado and skirting etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm rendering thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty to make the surface to be plain and smooth complete all as sppecified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over and including a coat of cement based primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer and layer of putty/filling material to get smooth & level finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank double layered WHITE COLOUR 500 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank double layered WHITE COLOUR 1000 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 20 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20 mm dia of Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iorn pipe and fixed. (minium weight 20 mm-210 gms) etc, complete all as specified and directed.
