RequiredVIII. Details of eligible similar nature of work(s) in respect of Water Proofing works completed during the last seven years ending PREVIOUS DAY OF LAST DAY OF SUBMISSION OF TENDERS as per Form C . (As per performa at Page No. 47)
Required(i) The similar work means the Water Proofing works.
Required(ii) Three Similar works of minimum Rs. 11,80,815 or Two similar works each of Rs. 17,71,222 or One work of value not less than Rs. 23,61,630, during the last seven years.
RequiredIX. Bidding Capacity as per Form C3 (As per performa at Page No.48 )
RequiredX. Performance Certificate of work experience as per Form D. The bidder whose performance report is good or above shall be eligible in participating the bid. (As per performa at Page No. 49)
RequiredXI. An undertaking that I/We have never been debarred or blacklisted by any Central Government Agency
RequiredXII. An undertaking to submit all original document to the O/o undersigned within 7 days from opening of bid falling which tender/bid liable to be rejected.
RequiredXIIIScanned copy of the Affidavit I/We undertake and confirm that eligible similar works has/have not been got executed through another Bidder on back to back basis. Further that if such a violation comes to the notice of Department, then I/we shall be debarred for bidding in CPWD in future for five years. Also if such a violation comes to the notice of Deptm before date of start of work the EngineerinCharge shallbe free to forfeit the entire amount of EMD/PG is to be uploaded at time of submit
RequiredXIV. The enlisted contractor will not be allowed to participate in the tendering process without uploading the ERP training certificate or Sample Consent letter of Contractor for submitting e-MB through CPWD ERP System. (As per performa at Page No. 20)
RequiredXV.(a) Certificate of average Annual Financial Turnover not less than Rs. 8,85,611 (30 percent of the Estimated cost) during the immediate last five consecutive financial years duly Certified by Chartered Accountant as per Form A.
Required(b) Bankers certificate issued by any Commercial Bank of minimum Rs. 11,80,815 (40 percent of the Estimated cost) on prescribed Form B or Net worth Certificate of Minimum Rs. 2,95,204 on prescribed Form-B1 issued by Certified Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded at the time of submission of tender.
Required(C) The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet (balance sheet in case of private/public limited company means its standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement both), duly audited and certified by the Charted Accountant.
