New elbow GI 32mm dia 3 way medium grade ISI marked all as specified and as shown on drawing Drg No.FD-220.
New long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe in lieu, duly threaded at both ends, confirming to IS, all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Ref Drg No.FD-220)
Cutting and threading of old existing damaged long rail of the GI charpoy retreived from sl No- 23 above, and converted into short rail and fixing in the charpoy GI Pipe, all as specified and shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Ref Drg No.FD-220)
Cutting and threading of old Unsv short rail of the GI charpoy retreived from sl No- 24 above,and converted into legs of size 440mm long, incl FMN set arrangement/ clamps duly welded along with fixing of 3 mm thick MS sheet at bottom of legs. Angle iron 25 x 25 x 05 mm two numbers shall be provided in equidistant of long rail by means of continuous welding at top of long rail to fix plywood without leaving gap. Angle iron shall have proper hole to fix plywood as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Flat iron 25 x 4 mm cleat of length 60mm shall be made to shape and fixed through continuous welding to each long rail – 2 Nos and each short rail – 2 Nos in equidistant. cleat shall have proper hole to fix plywood, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for All steel sections shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver grey colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface, or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Seat and Back of chair, duly fitted with 12 mm thick ply BWR grade with 50 mm thick moulded cushion of 40 density, duly with upholstry as existing in orginal pattern/ in drgs along with PVC lipping around the back of chairs or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for spray painting to steel frame after preparation of surface one coat of high quality synthetic enamel paint to obtain glosy finish as in original existing colour.
