REPAIR/MAINT/SERVICING OF VARIOUS CAPACITY OF TRANSFORMER VCB, RMU, CABLE WITH ALLIED WORKS AT AGE (E/M) HOSPITAL UNDER GE (E/M) LUCKNOW

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment

M&L for bricks sub-class 'B' (old size), laid flat in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the ends of the HT underground cable and taking out the unserviceable cable of any size all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cables with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade 3 core, cross sectional area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting both ends of the faulty HT cables of any size and isolating from panel , bringing the HT fault finding machine to site to pin point the location of occurance of fault , connecting one end of the HT cable to the machine , energising the cable giving high voltage through the machine to locating the fault , after locating the fault , de-engergise the cable using earth rod ,remove the ends of cable from the machine, Excavating the cable at the fault location & pin point the fault, repairing the cable using cable jointing kits and by adding extra HT cable if required at site, jointing the cables as before to the panel and testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- i) Fault finding machine, necessary excavation and earth work, as required at site T&P, labour element are included in the quoted rates. ii) HT joints / HT cable(if reqd) will be measured & paid under respective item of schedule. iii) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified within 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs 500 per hour shall be recovered from the contractor dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duration. (iv) For the purpose of payment one unit of éach job'shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects/faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit.

M & L for jointing and testing out door type cold shrinkable cable end termination joints suitable for 3 core 11 KV HT UG XLPE cable of the size 95 sqmm including taking out the old unserviceavle joint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for jointing and testing indoor type cold shrinkable cable end termination joints suitable for 3 core 11 KV HT UG XLPE cable of the size 95 sqmm including taking out the unservicable joint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for jointing and testing HT 11 KV outdoor type cold shrinkable straight through joint suitable for 3 core 11 KV HT UG XLPE cable of the size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install in replacement of HT 11 KV lightening arrester Expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class,discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated outdoor switch triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling insulating oil (Transformer oil) confirming to IS-335 having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV for topping up in 11/0.433 KV Transformer complete all as specified and directed.Note: (Filling shall be done by on line filtration plant only) .

Filtration and dehydration of Transformer oil offline by using stream line filtration plant ,the di electric strength to be brought not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap for 01 min)and testing the oil sample after dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a)Test results before and after filtaration shall be recorded. (b) Topping up quantity of transformer oil shall be measured and paid under relevent items.

S & F rubber mats anti skid type chequered and moulded in natural synthetic rubber to withstand 15KV of size 2Mtr x 1Mtr and thickness 25mm , ISI marked complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Supply only rubber hand gloves latex type seamless 400mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preventive maintenance /repairs to transformer step down 11KV /0.433 KV out door type of any make and capacity up to 630 KVA including cleaning the transformers externally throughly with lint free cloth,tightening the HT/LT terminals nuts , arresting any leakages if any,replacing the rusted nuts, washers ,insulator, drain valve, perished gaskets of top cover, silica gel, replacing the worn out copper alloy studs ,nuts tightening the earth terminals and conducting various tests complete all as specified and directed. Note :- HT / LT metal parts with insulators, will be measurd and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for painting to the transformer yard fencing made out of GI wire mesh with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as apecified and directed.

Cutting, removing the vegetation growth and surface dressing all around the installation yard including two pole structure areas, around power house, substation (external only) to keep always installation clean and tidy all as directed.

Supply, Spread & levelling 40mm graded stone aggregate inside the outdoor substation yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning , dusting and servicing of HT 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21KA, 3way Compact Ring Main Unit (RMU) Indoor type comprising of 2 Nos load breaker switches and 1 No 400 Amps SF-6 breaker with CT's & PT's with OC + EF protection by highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers , by taking out trolley, decarburizing of all parts using CRC-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts,calibrating of relays using primary/ secondary injection method,carefully, tightening cable connections, replacing of worn out parts and fuses applying petroleum jelly to moving and fixed mechanical parts for its smooth functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping the peeled out paint of the transformer ,preparing the surface,applying metal paste on the voids to make the surface even, spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade and sign writing of MES/SM No on the transformer complete all as specified and directed of capacity upto 630 KVA.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Digital 3 phase voltmeter class 1 type flush mounted on the panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Digital 3 phase Ammeter class 1 type flush mounted on the panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement LED indicator lamps for panels (R,Y,B) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of transformer from platform to vehicle with the help of crane and loading to vehicle. The transformer to be shifted to Auth workshop and , draining the transformer oil , opening the top cover , lifting the core above the top level with the help of T&P , cleaning the inside of the tank ,removing the sludge completly , inspecting the cores , varnishing the windings with one coat of varnish, drying complete, assemblying the core and top cover, replaceing the top cover gasket , wahser & seal ring of terminals, filling of oil carrying out filteration & de-hydration complete, meggering the windings, testing the transformer on load and checking for any leaks, after satisfactory results shifting the transformer to orginal site, connecting the HT/Lt cables and testing on load of capacity upto 630 KVA all as speciifed and as directed. Note : (i) the quoted rates are inclusive of lifting ,loading ,transportation, gaskets, seal rings, nuts, bolts etc. (ii) filteration , new oil , HT/LT terminals as requird will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule.

Supply & Fix K-mechanism for 11 KV Ring Main unit ABB Make, including taking out old unserviceable mechanism and testing complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply and fix 11 KV single phase indoor type resin cast CT of ratio 400-5/5A class 1.0/5P10 burden 15VA/15VA including taking out unserviceable CT complete all as speciifed and directed.

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as speciifed and directed.

M & L for GI tubing 'Light grade' of size 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under road crossing etc incl taking out the rusted pipes of size 100mm dia complete all as speciifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT bushing with stud, brass terminal 6 Nos.brass nuts and washers, gaskets, insulator etc suitable for (11/0.433 KV) 50 KVA TO 630 KVA transformer complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply and fix Temperature gauge suitable for transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting in two coats with first quality of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer after complete removal of existing finish to step up / step down transformer of capacity 50 to 750 KVA incl writing of its corrosponding MES No / Sl No / maintenance date etc complete all as speciifed and directed. (Note: Proper shutdown including dismantling of primary / secondary connections and refixing the same to be ensured)

S&F in replacement of .LT bushing with stud, brass terminal 6 Nos.brass nuts and washers, gaskets, insulator etc suitable for 50 KVA TO 300 KVA transformer complete all as speciifed and directed.

All as per item No. 40 but suitable for transformer of capacity 400 KVA to750 KVA.

M&L for carrying out replacement of all Gasket using rubber cork sheet of 6.0 mm thick including providing gasket cement adhesive complete all as speciifed and directed.

Disconnecting the transformer indoor / out door from HT / LT side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transformer oil complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Material and Labor for shifting of transformer from one area to another area and placing in position including installation testing and commissoning as per site requirement complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for taking proper shut down, disconnecting incoming / out going cable, control cable from 11 KV OCB/VCB of any type and capacity upto 630 amps and carrying out complete servicing / overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving / revolving / sliding parts in VCB Panel, calibration of relays, meters incl thorough cleanining with air blower / vacuum cleaner, decarbonising & providing mineral jelly to all arcing contacts of the VCB panel, and serviceability check from local / remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming / outgoing cable, testing on load complete all as speciifed and directed. Note- 1. Unserviceable items other than minor parts to be replaced will be meaured and paid seperately as supply only under relevent items in the schedule. However, cost of certain minor spares viz nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc. if required shall deem to be included in the cost of repair of the item. 2. The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand / make and shall be of same type, design, specifications etc to match with the existing and as per the recommendation of OEM. 3. Complete servicing and calibration work shall be carried out by qualified and reputed service engineer only.
