Note :- 1) In Case of incountering rock/collide prior to 30 mtr depth from ground level the decision of the garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shall vary accordingly. 2) Cost of transportation of ODEX plant is included in the unit rate.

Development of borewell by means of compressor of min 250 PSI capacity and over pumping by pump of capacity not less than 15 HP until the sand free water obtained and carrying out necessary yield test by V notch method and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MS casing shoe (to be welded with MS ERW casing pipe of 200mm nominal bore) suitable for DTH ODEX drilling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position MS housing clamp 115 CM x 20 CM X 2 CM made of MS flat with nuts, bolts and washers etc suitable for 200mm nominal bore MS pipe above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for foundation for holding tube well assembly of size 1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter at ground level made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with GI pipe 80mm bore, medium grade (at three places), embedded throughout the block 1.70 meter length each for feeding gravels and GI plug and socket fixed on top end and all directed, (excavation and earth work and use and wastage of necessary form work etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. all as specified and directed by Eng-in - Charge

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 80 mm dia in replacement flanged and drilled type with steel spindle including nuts, bolts and joining materials all complete all as specified and class PN-1.6 ISI Marked.

Material and labour for supply, installation, leveling, testing, and commissioning of submersible pump set with outer dia of pump not exceeding 80 mm having capacity 15 HP at 150 mtr head 415 volts 50 Hz complete suitable fro 80 mm Coolum pipe & 200mm casing pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix submersible copper conductor cable 3 core, 16sqmm 1100 v flat including nylon binding wire and accessories to clamp with column pipe at two places to each column pipe. Including all electrical connection all as specified and directed by Eng-in - Charge

Supply lowering and fixing mild steel pipe heavy grade ISI marked both ends flanged 80mm dia bore in 3 mtr length complete including rubber gasket, slot cutting in flanges for passing submersible cable nut, bolts washers, etc all as specified and directed.

Yield test for bore well continuously pumping for 16 Hrs and Chemical/ bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from borewell from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate.

S&F DI bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction double branch, cross (all socket or socket not spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 100mm bore complete all as specified.
