Built-Up-SprayGrout (Providing,layingandrollingof built-up-spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates.key stone chips spreader may be used with applicationof bituminous binder( paving bitumen 60/70 ) after each layer,andwith key agreegatesplaced on the top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line,gradesand cross section specified,the compacted layer thickness being 75mm ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanicl means (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregatesof specified grading,premixedwith bituminousbinder@ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mixand filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rollingwith smooth wheeled,vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriageof mixedmaterialsup to 10.0 Km initial leadfrom mixing plant)(Includingcost of testing of materialsat site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

By mechanical means (With milling machine) : Coldd milling of Bituminous pavement surface up to the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for reuse, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting including hirecharge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and incidental charges all complete and as per direction on Engineer in Charge.

Granular Sub-Base with coarse graded materials (Table-400-2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Cl. No.401.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRST&H Cl. No.507 complete in all respect. (Including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt.)

WBM Gr.II : (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregateto wet mix macadamspecificationincluding premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )

WBM Gr.III : (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregateto wet mix macadamspecificationincluding premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification caluse 1504.

Earth in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deletarious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavated earth, to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth.

Removal of unserviceable soil with disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid seperately as per Cl. No.305).

Sand filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205 mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35:. The finished to level, uniform anf free from steaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt &H specifications.
