S&F ceiling Fan BLDC motor 1200 mm (Brushless Direct Current Motor) complete with blades, down rod, & accessories. The fan shall be regulator and remote operated(. Voltage shall be 230V & rated frequecy shall be 50 Hertz. Rated power input shall be 25 to 30 W and RPM shall be 350 +/- 10%. Rated Air delivery shall be min. 225 cubic meter per min. Service value CMM/W shall be graded to 7.00. It shall be copper wound with aluminium blades. Fan shall be BEE 5 star rated and fully controlled (regulated) in each speed mode . Note-: BER ceiling fan will be deposited in MES store yard for BER BOO.

S&F double string wall fan with 400mm sweep. Rated voltage shall be 220-230 Volts. Rated frequency shall be 50 Hz. Rated power input shall be 60W. RPM shall be 1350+/-10%. Rated air delivery shall be 65 CMM. Motor used shall be Class I, permanent capacitor single phase induction motor.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep, any size/make having any winding from existing position of any height by disconnecting elect connections and transporting/ shifting to GE (E) JRC Elect for inspection in presence of JE incharge in workshop and transporting/ shifting back to qtr/ building/ accn after repair from where dismantled etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The parts replaced under repair shall be measured under relevant item of schedule

Hanging only/ fixing only ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep after repair & maintenance upto any height upto 5 Mtr complete incl making electric connections, testing for full speed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete Repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep (any type copper/ aluminium winding) at work shop, incl dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts i.e. blades, fan rod, canopy, connection, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, re fixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for rod, bracket, bush rod, blade and greasing/oiling etc assembling, cleaning and testing of ceiling fan as directed. Note:- (i) Unserviceable parts as Sr No 6 to 15 and Sr No 17 to 19 shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Writing of MES Nos and painting of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iv) A register will be maintained by the contractor for record of repair duly signed by JE and Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (v) Cost of minor part i.e. lock pin, PVC connector, screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate. (vi) The contractor shall return back fans after repair within 15 days of receipt. In case of delay, a recovery of Rs 50 per fan per day shall be levied.

Removing of old burnt winding any type (copper/ aluminium), cleaning stator complete for burnt wiring, carbon residue and rewinding of stator by winding of any type/any make fan/ any stator design ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with superior quality super enameled winding copper wire of existing specification, gauge and weight with superior quality insulation for satisfactory functioning in presence of JE incharge complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Ball bearing (No 6201ZZ / 6201 2RS) with rubber/suitable seals/shield on both side for ceiling Fan complete all as specified and as directed
