REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF SEWAGE BOOSTING PUMPS AND STP INCLUDING UPKEEPING SEWAGE SUMPS AND CONNECTED ALLIED WORKS OF SEWAGE SYSTEM UNDER GE (W) PATHANKOT

Taking out the acummulated sludge/mud mixed with sewage water from the clarigestor, Clasifier, Deteriorator including Pit chamber up to the depth of 8 Mtr open to the sky above ground level as well as below ground level, cleaning sewage sump by manually or mechanically using (spl T&P such as movable sewage cleaning tanker) scrapping inside wall and bottom by steel wire bush to remove raw material and transport it to outside cantonment area with in 10 Kms distance for disposal at low lying area at his own arrangment where the sanitary hazard do not take place and as per guidelines of civil authority all as directed. Thereafter cleaning/washing of interirer surface using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water. Only settled down sludge and mud will be measured and contracor shall make his own arrangement for dewatering by diesel driven engine pump without any extra cost complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Detail of Locations : SP No 6 or Sewage treatment plant (Clarigistor -02 Nos,Classifier,Deteriorator including Pit chembers.

Taking out the acummulated sludge/mud mixed and Cleaning/desludging of raw sewage in under ground sump well up to the depth of 8 Mtr inclduing screening chamber and various sewage pumping installation by closing main incoming manhole and pumping out raw sewage to neat drain by using portabale non clog pump set, cleaning of raw sewage sump by manually or mechanically using (spl T&P such as movable sewage clening tanker) scrapping inside wall and bottom by steel wire bush to remove raw material and transport it to out side the STP complex & outside cantonment area for disposal at low lying area up to the distance of 10 Kms at his own arrangment where the sanitary hazard do not take place and as per guidelines of civil authority all as directed for disposal. Thereafter cleaning/washing of interirer surface of UG sump using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water incl painting with two coat of cement based paint complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Detail of Locations :SP No 1,SP No 2,SP No 3, SP No. 4, SP No. 5, SP No 7, Sp No .8, SP No-9.

Supply and pouring of gear oil C-60 in clarigester, Agitator & deteriorator complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Castrol/Servo/HPL

Taking out non clog submersible sewage pump set from the sewage well and dismantling the pump set at site or taking to contractor's workshop for reapair & maint of capacity 1HP and of any make and refixing after complete repair and maint at the same site complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for strip opening of 3 phase AC submersible motor taking out burnt winding complete and re-winding with PVC insulated proper grade/guage super enamelled super quality copper winding wire of existing wire gauge, water proof complete with all materials as laminated paper, strips, PVC tape and sealing material etc and testing with techmometer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out of centrifugal Non clog submersible sewage pump from inline pumpset assembly in the underground sump by chain pully or other mechanical devices and dismantling, opening of pump, cleaning the unwanted materials such as brick bats/ stone /clothpices/any solid/semisolid /any type foreign material from inner portion of the pumps by opening the all nuts and bolts and refixing and fully align the complete pumps on the same existing place and make trouble free as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- the required material such as Grease, cotton waist, Nut , bolt and washer to be deemed in the same job work).

M & L for preparing and cleaning the joints of RCC pipe after removing existing treatment and applying leak proof cement compound (Dr Fixit or any equivalent make approved by any MES formation) to stop the leakage RCC pipe upto 600mm dia and then apply a coat of cement base adhesive paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Testing of sewage effluent at the inlet of raw sewage sump and equalization tank and out let of chlorine mixing tank,sampling and anaylisis is to be carried out by NABL accredited authorized LAB per IS - 3025 for essential parameters such as BOD,COD,TSS, F-Coli, etc Note: Sample of raw sewage & post treated effluent is to be collected by contractor in presence of rep of accepting offr and submit result of the test to AGE E/M office as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta starter suitable for 7.5 HP motor 415V AC, 3 Ph fixed on existing panel board include testing and commissioning complete with suitable contactors with coils and relays complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta starter suitable for 15 HP motor 415V AC, 3 Ph fixed on existing panel board include testing and commissioning complete with suitable contactors with coils and relays complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta starter suitable for 20 /25 HP motor 415V AC, 3 Ph fixed on existing panel board include testing and commissioning complete with suitable contactors with coils and relays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reparing of star delta starter of 20 HP to 40 HP of any make by replacing contactor relays, wiring etc testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : supply only of contactor, timer & relays should be measured and paid separately under relavent Items.

Cleaning of sewage pipe lines in any depth (0.60 m to 6.00 mtr) of size 100/150/200/300 mm bore laid in trenches by Hydraulic Jet pressure machine as required at site flushing the line to make fully functional line upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and removing sludge outside cantonment area with in 10 Kms distance for disposal at low lying area at his own arrangment where the sanitary hazard do not take place and as per guidelines of civil authority all as directed and covering the same. (NOTE: Unit rate quoted by the bidder shall include taking out sludge from line (liquid/semi-liquid/solid), Extraction of Sludge, removing incl loading / unloading & tranportation, excavation and returning filling etc.)

Making good surface by cutting/digging/chiseling unwanted existing surface and filling of mass concrete of PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling arround sump well for prevention of direct hitting of rain water flow to sump well complete all as specified and as direceted by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep Cutting of bushes / wild growth of any kinds and taking out root of wild growth by digging and making good surface including removing all unwanted material such as bushes branches, bushes roots , shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth roots and sweeping neat and clean arround outer area of sum well and sewage pump houses premises complete all as specified and as direceted by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as direceted by Engr -in-charge.

S & F in replacement of cast iron suice valve 150 mm dia both side flanged PN-1.6 ISI markedconforming to IS 14846 (ISI marked) with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel non raising type including, nuts and bolts. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out compost /manure from drying filter beds of size 12.5 x 5.75 x1.2 mtr by digging / sraping the all material manually and loading the material into civil truck and sprayed / dumped the manure where no disturbance to human beings will occur and make manure free up to the filter media of drying bed as directed by Engdr-in-charge.

Taking out choked media filter made from sand, and gravels from drying filter beds of size 12.5 x 5.75 x1.2 mtr by digging /sraping and collect the material manually/Spaicial T&P to avoid any damage to the drying beds and make heap properly for depositing as a waste material as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for filling, Forming, testing and commissioning of media filter by using sand, and gravels into the drying filter beds of size 12.5 x 5.75 x1.2 mtr all as directed. (Note :-(i) Supply only of the material sand and gravels will be used and paid separatly in respective items). (ii) Sample of media filter will be approved by GE.

Supply only of Sand for laying in media filter of filter beds/bio filter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Removing excavated materials retrived from ser No-34 here-in-before, at a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking out the choked bio filter media of bio filter tank of size 16.8 mtr dia and up to the depth of 1.6 mtr by Hand picking/sraping /digging manually layer wise , as stone bolder , gravels, sand layers & Segregate ,dump the serviceable material at site for reuse to the construction of biofilter media as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for taking down the Arms of bio filter from Biofilter assembly post and inspect the bearing / gear in the pivet by expert mechanic and top up the gear oil in gear box and greasing the bearing and aligned the filter arms properly by using murcury level and make trouble free rotation as per existing including one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint & testing of biofilter assy as direceted by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for filling, Forming ,testing and commissioning of bio filter media of biofilter tank of size 16.8 mtr dia and upto the depth of 1.6 mtr made by using stone boulder, Sand , Gravels in equal layer as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. (Note : - Supply only of material i.e sand, stone ,gravels will be measure and paid separatly in relevent items.

M&L for preparing, cleaning etc for refilling of stone boulder retrived from item No 39 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing in repair ductile Iron S/S pipe 150 mm dia bore shall confirm to IS-8329-2000 and 9523-2000. The pipe shall be laid in trenches ,jointed and tested all as per IS 12288-1987 with specials Class “K-9” . The fittings shall withstand hydrostatic pressure without showing any leakage,sweating or defects of any kind as laid down in IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (NOTE : M & L for cutting, drilling, welding, earth work is deemed to be incl in the same rate)

S & F Ductile iron bend (any type radius and angle) taper any type for (straight) bend increasing /decreasing of double socket/flanged etc. Tee piece single branch, Y junction, double branch, collar and plug of upto 150 mm bore DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta starter suitable for 40 HP motor 415V AC, 3 Ph fixed on existing panel board including testing and commissioning complete with suitable contactors with coils and relays complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 3 Pole LT 415 volt 50 Hz, AC 160 amps 36 kA adjustable type with thermal magnetic release for OL & SC protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 3 Pole LT 415 volt 50 Hz, AC 200 amps 36 kA adjustable type with thermal magnetic release for OL & SC protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for repairing/ replacement of CI & GI pipes including getting out excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in trenches incl spreading and leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick all as specified.

Monthly servicing/maintenance and repairs (as and when defect occurs) of OCEMS from the rep of manufacturer during the period of contract including rechrging of data pack of a year for continuous monitoring by PPCB & CPCB complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 74,910.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249.
