Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of outdoor type Ring Main Unit (RMU) panel, SF6 gas insulated, manual operated, 11 KV, 3 phase, 3 wire, AC, 50 Hz, 3-way extensible on both sides for future addition, comprising of 02 Nos Load Break Switches (LBS) for incoming and outgoing supply and 01 No. Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) for transformer feeder, outdoor type, free standing foundation mounting with cable trench beneath for bottom cable entry, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for outer enclosure with IP 54 degree of protection duly powder coated with 7 tank process of approved shade and 2.5mm thick stainless steel main tank gas vessel with IP 67 for HV part including necessary internal copper connections, small wiring, AC / DC control wiring, HT/LT fuses etc complete with the following detailed specifications and provisions confirming to relevant latest IS / IEC standards :- (A) Main Busbar:- Three phase electrolytic grade tinned copper busbar of size 30mm x 10mm for each phase suitable for 630A for continuous rating and short time withstand current of 21 KA for 3 Sec. (B) Earth Busbar:- Copper busbar of size 30mm x 3mm throughout the bottom of the panel extended both sides of the panel. (Description continued on Ser Item No 2.01)

(c) Fixed type Capacitive Voltage Indicator(CVI) (d) 03 Nos Single phase, ring type, epoxy resin cast Current Transformer (CT) of ratio 60-30/1+1A, of burden 2.5 VA, accuracy class 5P10 for protection (e) Self Powered Relay, Triple Pole Combined Over Current and Earth Fault Numerical Non-Directional IDMT with three over current and one earth fault protections. (f) Push buttons for On & FF (g) Padlocking facility (h) Cable cover standard with interlocking (j) Provision for connecting 1 x 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE cable with 01 set of right angled cable boots. (E) Common Accessories:- The following common accessories shall be provided for the RMU Panel:- (a) 01 No Manometer without contacts for SF6 gas low indication with marked Green Zone for GO, Red marked zone for NO GO. (b) 01 No Operating Handle (c) Rating plate and manufacturer's name plate (d) 11 KV Danger Notice Plate (e) Do's and Don'ts sticker (f) Phase identification stickers at bushing. Note for BOQ Item No. 2.00,2.01 to 2.03 above:- The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the VCB Panel and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size, on plan built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade (Earthed) cable confirming to IS 7098 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) & as per SSR Part I-2020 and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part I & SSR Part II.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in any type of soil for laying of cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supplying and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked duly embossed as "ELECTRIC" for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 100mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT 11 KV cable route indicator made out of Cast iron plate round or oval shaped duly embossed and painted as per standards and fixed to angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 4mm along with and including PCC 1:3:6 block of size 300mm x 300mm x300mm and placed over the cable line , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections including HT 2/4 pole structure etc. complete from existing HT poles , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size obtained from existing HT poles.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor obtained from existing HT pole.

Dismantling of old Stay assembly obtained from existing HT pole.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism from existing HT 2/4 pole structures, complete all as specified and directed.
