Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 M.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) including all cost of materials, labours T&P etc. as required for Portion completion of work.

Distempering two coats of oil bound distemper of approved make of Burber, Jension & Nicholcsen, Shalimar, Asian, Nerolac, over one priming coat of cement primer on new surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris / whiting and sand papered smooth including cost of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durrocem, robiecem, Guttu cem, Super cem quality and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) over one coat of white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.

Scrapping old white wash / Colour wash / distemper cement paint including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing external wall with two coat waterproof cement paint of approved quality such as Snowcem, Durocem including cost of all material, labour, T&P as required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floor including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 M.

Centering & Shuttering upto 3 mtr for R.C.C. work including Rent of shuttering material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of works.

Providing and laying Cement concrete floor (1:2:4) i/c all cost of materials, labour, T&P etc as required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:(A)- Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm ofcement admixed with water proofing compound conformingto IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCCslab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height includingcleaning the surface before treatment.(B)- Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofingcompound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5(1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofingcompound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoiningwalls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions ofwalls and slabs.(C) -After two days of proper curing applying a second coat ofcement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed withwater proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 andapproved by Engineer-in-charge.(D)- Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortarof mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved byEngineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth ofapproved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishingthe surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and makingpattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.(E)- The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for aminimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“Allabove operations to be done in order and as directed andspecified by the Engineer-in-Charge:22.7.1 With average thickness of 120 mm and minimumthickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Supplying and fixing mosquito proof jali with Shisham wood batten around the Jali, batten, nails, screen etc as required for proper completion of work.

Brick work in 1:5 cement and coarse sand including cost of all labour, material T&P etc. as required for proper completion of work.

Repairing of service road of residencial colony Bandhi division - II, Robertsganj. (A)-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(MS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg per Sqm. Using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

(B)- Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG10 by pressure distributer at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

(C)- Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.6 mm granite aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46 Kg/m² to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. (MORTH specification No. 508)

(D)- Providing and laying seal coat type-C sealing and voids in a bitumineous surface with crushed stone chipping of 6.7 mm size defined as passing 9.5 mm seive and retained on 2.36 mm sieve applied @ 0.09 cubic per 10 Sqm. and suitable grade bitumen @ 6.5 Kg per 10 Sqm. on bitumineous surface laid to the specification levels grade and cross fall using type-C
