Outdoor Units :Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRF system following and complete as per specification with Refrigerant R410A. Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System, equipped with Variable Evaporating Temperature or equivalent suitable to maintain indoor design condition at minimum 48°C ambient temperature comprising of the following and complete as per specifications: a) All inverter hermetic scroll compressors / Twin Rotary Compressor, equipped, minimum two compressors for above 14HP modules, complete with high/low pressure cut-outs, oil pressure failure switch, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required, fan motor, safety thermostat, over current relay, fusible plugs, fuses, referigerent cooled PCB's and suitable for operation on 380-440V, 3 phase/ Single Phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply.The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. b) Matching air cooled condenser with copper tubes and aluminium fins duly covered by anti- corrosion and hydrophillic resin film. c) Oil separator suitable for the refrigerant piping. d) Accumulator, liquid and gas shut-off valves and solenoid valves/modulation valve with fittings to interconnect compressor, condenser and evaporator coils. Outdoor Units- Cooling (R410A) Capacity 30HP - (16HP +14HP), 30 HP unit shall employ 14hp + 16hp units (or above). Subject to minimum two compressors for above 14 hp modules.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity and external static pressure VRF / VRV ceiling mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic mediapre - filter, fan section with low noise fan / dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, corded remote control, outer cabinet, vibration isolators, drain pan, other necessary supports etc., suitable for operation on single phase AC supply 230V±10%, 50Hz complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System.
