S&F 2nd class hard wood, 40 mm thick , flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood both side face decorative panels for vision panels or peephole sqaure or rectangular includinf lipping (Glass measured and paid saparately) other fitting included like Mortice lock etc fitted to chowkhats.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc ( without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.20(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall putty 2 to 3mm thick on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering on wall surface .

Concrete bed to drain pipes laid in trenches including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes aftaer they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for 150mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for Salt -Glazed stoneware drain pipes 150 mm dia laind in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains and making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as specified and directed for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully unserviceable Aluminium point wiring complete (light, fan socket, bell or power) with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and keeping in safe custody for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down ceiling fan any sweep, removing blades ,cleaning the fan completely for dust and dirt as well as oiling & greasing and hanging the same back to its original positions including connecting with three core flexible copper wire to ceiling rose etc after the completion of the point wiring including replacement of old unserviceable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down existing LED based light fittting of any type, keeping aside safely & refixing the same to its original position after completion of point wiring, B/R work all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: If any part found unserviceable during the refixing of LED light fitting at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia ,concealed in wall and surface on ceiling with all conduit fittings & fixing acessories inculding sunken anodised pressed steel terminal box not less than 1.2mm thick covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, regulators with and including 1.5sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor drawing as continuous earth wire connected to main earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for the following :-

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
