Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles Single Layer on roof including cleaning the roof surface and filling the cracks (if observed) with silicon compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including bitumen primer @ 3.5 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP (atatic polypropline) modified membrane 3mm thick minimum weight not less than 3kg/sqm with 160 gsm/Sqm, non wove polyster mat as center core reinforced laid with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap shield and finished neat over roof including a coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, band, bed plates and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throughting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and roof over APP membrance laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of water storage tank completely by removing all scale, dirt/dust of any description complete, all as directed at site and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint, tank of capacity ranging exc 250 ltrs upto and including 500 ltrs including dismantling and refixing if required, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 08 here in before but of 1000 ltr cpacity tank.

S&F 500 litres Capacity Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including all accessories includind dismantling of old water storage tank, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 litres Capacity Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including all accessories includind dismantling of old water storage tank, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore dia steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised with all fitting (i.e. Tee, socket, bend etd) complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking out old unserviceable pipes by cutting, screwing and altering the old pipes lines if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 including water proofing compound @2% of cement over sides and soffits of roof projection including taking down/demlition of cracked RCC and apply chemical treatment if required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles (first quality) of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surface, dado/skirting, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 300x 200 x 7 mm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plalster of sunken floor/wall, roughening and cleaning by brushing with wire brushes to remove all dirt, with and including applying a coat of industrial bitumin 82/25 penetration @ 1.2 kg/sqm over randering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC finished rough over a coat of neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed

S & F 100 mm dia bore Cast iron waste and vent pipes sand cast in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in floors or fixed to walls with all fittings includign taking down the unservicable pipe with fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted galvatume zluminium zinc coating GI based semi corrugated/profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coveing/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw as per manufacturer instruction including dismantling of old existing sheet, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- any damage to flooring (which is already fixed in building) during execution of work to be repaired by contractor at his own cost without any cost to department.

S & F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special washer etc, using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade ST-240, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- any damage to flooring (which is already fixed in building) during execution of work to be repaired by contractor at his own cost without any cost to department.

All as per ser item No 50.00 here in before but except steel.

Prepration of new or previously steel surfaces any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
