SUB-HEAD: I: ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Rewiring for light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit including dismantling as required. Group A.

Supplying and fixing of following size of medium class PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Wiring for circuit / sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC Conduit as required.

(a) 2 x 2.5 Sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 Sq. mm earth wire

(b) 2 x 4 Sq. mm + 1 x 4 Sq. mm earth wire

(c) 2 x 6 Sq. mm + 1 x 6 Sq. mm earth wire

(d) 2 x 10 Sq. mm + 1 x 6 Sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated coper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch / socket outlet on the existing switch box / cover including connections etc as required.

(c) 3 Pin 5/6 Amp Socket Outlet

(d) 6 Pin 15/16 Amp Socket Outlet

(e) Bell push

Supplying and fixing call bell/ buzzer suitable for single phase, 230 V, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180x100x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 no 3 pin 5/6 Amp piano type socket outlet and 1 no 5/6 Amp piano type switch, connections, painting etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of defective 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker including supply suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing PVC Batten / angle holder including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150x75x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 Amp piano type socket outlet and 5/6 Amp piano type switch, connections, painting etc as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180x100x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 Amp piano type socket outlet and 15/16 Amp piano type switch, connections, painting etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of hylum sheet 3 mm thick including supply in the existing switch / socket MS Box etc complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180x100x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connections, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 Cum/Min , 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, white colour, earthing etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 Volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper busbar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc as required. (But without MCB / RCCB / Isolator)

Supplying and fixing of DP sheet steel enclosure on surface / recess alongwith 25/32 Amp 415 Volts "C" Curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of bright line 20 W LED Batten (Cool day light) 240 V, fitting (Phillips) or Garnet 22 W LED Batten (Wippro) Lighting fitting on surface / recess complete with all accessories i.e, lamp / driver etc complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180x100x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 1 no 3 pin 5/6 Amp piano type socket outlet and 1 no 15/16 Amp piano type socket outlet, connections, painting etc as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180x100x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 1 no 3 pin 5/6 Amp piano type switch and 1 no 15/16 Amp piano type switch, connections, painting etc as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, GI tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate including holes etc as required.

Providing and fixing of GI tape 20 mm x 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For horizantal run)

Providing and fixing of GI tape 20 mm x 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For Vertical run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 x 3 mm thick GI strip, 125 mm long with 4 number of GI bolts, nuts, chuck nut and spring washer etc complete as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connections with GI nut, bolts, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc as required.

Jointing copper / GI tape (with another copper / GI tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting / sweating and soldering etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of suitable intensity LED type aviation warning light fitting red colour 220 Volts, 50 Hz, IP 65 complete with all accessories i.e, lamp / driver etc complete in all respect.
