Demolishing dry brick pitching in floors, drains etc. Including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls , under 20 cm wide.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars Fe 500.

(a) Chipping the Screed Surface: Chipping the existing screed up to Mother slab (Sound surface) by Mechanical means and carting the same at ground floor at desired location. (b) Surface Preparation: The surface to be water proofed shall be perfectly clean and sound. Removing crumbly or loose parts, dust, cement laitance, form release agents, by mechanical Grinding, brushing, or high-water pressure as per the substrate condition. (c) Corner Treatment–Coving: Preparing the Coving at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with CM 1:3 admixed with Nitobond SBR Latex at the dosage of 3 L/bag of cement under. (d) Cracks Treatment: Chasing the cracks and cut open the same in V Groove and Cleaning the same with Air blower & with water then it shall fill with Nitoseal PU 50 Sealant/ Conbextra GP2/ Conbextra EP10 Low viscous Grout or equivalent as per the substrate condition. (e) Injection Grouting (wherever required): Pressure grouting shall be done with Cebex 100 or equivalent plasticizing expandable cementitious grout admixture. The material shall be injected using 40 PSI injection grout pump with cement slurry mixed Cebex 100 at 225 gms per 50 Kg bag of cement.

(f) Bore Packing/ Pipe Outlets: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC by roughening using suitable file to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Packing the gap using non-shrink cement polymer-based grout using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent up to the surface of the bore whilst the Nitobond SBR is in tacky state. (g) Water Proofing System: Providing and applying single component pitch free polyurethane based coating of fosroc make Fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF or equivalent that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproof membrane. The waterproof coating shall be elastomeric, seamless waterproof membrance applied in 2 coats @ 2 Kg / Sqm to formDFT of 1.2mm thick applied over the prepared surface that is coated with Fosroc Nitoproof WB Primer: The Polyurethane waterproof coating shall have the following properties: 1) Elongation (ASTM D412) > 400% 2) Tensile Strength – (ASTM D412) – 2.5 N/mm2 3) Adhesion in-peel test – (ASTM C836) - >50N 4) Recovery from Elongation (ASTM D412) – 95% 5) Crack bridging as per C836 – 95- >2mm 6) Water permeability @ 5 bar, (BSEN 12390) – Nil. (h) Supplying and application of Geotextile of 120 GSM of approved make over the coated area for protection and separation Layer. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall carry a warranty of 05 (Five) years from the date of completion of the contract and issue of completion certificate. Final payment of this item shall be released on production BGB / FDR of equivalent value valid for a period of 05 years from the date of completion.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
