Table office clerk steel FD-83,1003 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 1200 mm x 760 mm with 4 mm thick half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws complete. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be treated with French Polish high gloss best quality and included electric welding of loose compodent by continuous welding around the broken joints all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(b) Taking out old u/s drawers from the table and refixing the same after repair by proper welding denting and making the same proper functioning complete all as specified.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable lock with new lock size of 40 mm, 4 lever ISI marked with duplicate key complete all as specified.

(d) S & F in replacement of unserviceable drawer with new drawer made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size and shape as per existing complete duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade complete all as specified.

(e) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified.

(f) Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs of table upto 100 mm long and provided new legs of MS Square pipe 25 mm having 1.6mm wall thickness as per existing complete and items srl No 1 (a) to (f) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Tea poy varandah FD-383, FD/E6/MAP/17 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 900 x 450 mm with 4 mm thick, half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws complete.All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be treated with French Polish high gloss best quality and included electric welding of loose compodent by continuous welding around the broken joints all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe (Round / squre type) of best quality complete all as specified.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable flat iron with new mild steel flat iron and provided one additional stiffener on MS round bar 6mm dia, existing frame where required duly jointing by gas welding complete complete and items srl No 10 (a) to (c) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Table 900X600 mm with / without drawer FD-1007 & FD-1008 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 900 x 600 mm with 4 mm thick, half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws complete.All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be treated with French Polish high gloss best quality and included electric welding of loose compodent by continuous welding around the broken joints all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified.

(c) Repair to drawer of the table by removing deep dents, welding of broken joints etc. complete all as specified.

(d) Cutting and removing old un-serviceable leg of table upto 100 mm long and provide new leg of MS 25 mm square pipe having 1.6 mm wall thickness as per existing complete and items srl No 13 (a) to (d) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs of table upto 100 mm long and provided new legs of MS Square pipe 25 mm having 1.6mm wall thickness as per existing complete and items srl No 17 (a) to (f) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Receptacle with bucket FD-226/1044 (a) Removing old parts of receptacle and refixing the same by welding after proper denting complete all as specified (cost of minor repair i.e. reveting, nut and bolts, and pins etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates) complete all as specified.

(b) S & F in replacement with new GI buckets of made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet size of 300 mm high and 10 mm round bar provided for handle complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah steel medium FD-67,1031 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable three way locking device with new three way locking device complete including made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable lock with new lock of 3 levers and ISI mark lock with double keys made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable leg with new leg made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size & shape as per existing complete all as specified.

(d) S & F in replacement of unserviceable MS cleat with new MS cleat to support shelf duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade with nuts, bolts of suitable size including welding of broken shutter of almirah complete all as specified.

(e) S & F in replacement of unserviceable CP handle with new CP handle including nut, bolt & washer made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent.

(f) S & F in replacement of unserviceable shelves with new shelves made of mild steel sheet 1 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade with nuts, bolts of suitable size complete and items srl No 25 (a) to (f). The cost of steel screws,nuts & bolt shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of items & all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah steel Large FD- 1031 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable three way locking device with new three way locking device complete including made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable lock with new lock of 3 levers and ISI mark lock with double keys made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent.

Locker steel FD-1029 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable aluminium hasp & staple with new aluminium hasp & staple, 100 mm long, mild steel chromium plated (heavy duty) of locker bed side fixing with & including steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable leg with new leg made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size & shape as per existing complete all as specified.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable aluminium handle with new aluminium D type handle (chromium plated) (heavy duty) 100mm long of locker bed side fixing with & including steel screws complete and items srl No 37 (a) to (c) The cost of steel screws shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Couch Examination FD-122(M) (a) Removing of old foam leatherite raxion, hessian cloth wooden plank from couch examination and provision of new 75/100 mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density (Make-Sleepwell/Kurlon) and covering of foam with leatherite raxion of best quality including tightening of 12 mm teak wood planks, replacement of old teak wood planks with new planks where required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Couch Examination FD-122(M) HFD-2019 (b) Removing of old foam leatherite raxion from couch examination and provision of new 50 mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density (Make-Sleepwell/Kurlon) and covering of foam with leatherite raxion of best quality complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Cost of all type screw, pvc shoe and steel surface painting of one coat synthetic enamel paint of couch examination shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of leatherite raxian cloth approved by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge, shall be in the range of Rs 150/- to Rs 170/- approx per meter.

Table 900x900 x760 mm steel FD-1009 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 900 x 900 mm with 4 mm thick, half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws complete.All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be treated with French Polish high gloss best quality and included electric welding of loose compodent by continuous welding around the broken joints.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified.

(c) Cutting and removing old un-serviceable leg of table upto 100 mm long and provide new leg of MS 25 mm square pipe having 1.6 mm wall thickness as per existing complete and items srl No 42 (a) to (c) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Conference / Library FD-1001 S & F in replacement of unservicea ble Table top with new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 2135 x 1065 mm with 18 mm x 50 mm of MFD edging shall be provided at around the top with screw and including welding of steel frame by continuous welding around the broken joints and also painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint shade black after prepration of old painted surface with providing four nos of new hard rubber shoe to each table at the bottom of legs complete all as shown on drawing and as specified/ directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Foam without back size of 1525/1900 mm FD-77 M (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable seat with fixing new seat of size 1525/1900 mm x 225 mm made out of 25 mm thick wooden planks IInd class hard wood with nut, bolt and washer and including polishing to wooden surface seat and sides with french polish high gloss best quality complete.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality.

(c) Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs and frame parts of form without back and supply and fixing the new legs and form parts made of MS 25 mm square pipe having 1.6 mm wall thickness by welding and including minor repair as per existing complete and items srl No 46 (a) to (c) all as specified Note:- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Cost of nuts, bolts and washers if required for fixing shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) All work carriedout as specified and as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Form with back size of 1500/1800 mm FD-77 M (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable seat 1500/1800 x 225 x 25 mm. made out of 25 mm thick wooden planks IInd class hard wood with nut, bolt and washer and including polishing to wooden surface seat and sides with frent polish high gloss best quality complete.

(b) All as per item No 49 (a) here in before but back of size 1500/1800 x 150 x 25 mm

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality.

(d) Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs and frame parts of form without back and supply and fixing the new legs and form parts made of MS 25 mm square pipe having 1.6 mm wall thickness by welding and including minor repair as per existing complete and items srl No 49 (a) to (d) all as specified. Chair CB Steel with arms FD-75(M) (a) Opening up and removal of seat, back, shoes and arms of chair CBA steel and preparation of old painted steel surfaces frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour and old painted wooden surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint, and refixing of seat / back / arms if in serviceable condition. (The seat, back and arm if replaced shall be paid separately under respective items of Schedule ‘A’ here in after as supply only. The cost of steel bolts 3"long, 1/8"dia with nut & washers etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item).

(b) Supply only wooden seats of IInd class hard wood duly caned (Godrej pattern) and duly painted for chair CBA steel.

(c) Supply only wooden back of IInd class hard wood duly caned (Godrej pattern) and duly painted for chair CBA steel.

( d) Supply of arm of IInd class hard wood duly painted for chair CBA steel.

(e) Supply and fixing of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm duly welded to seat frame of chair CBA steel with both side front and back and duly synthetic enamel painted w/are coat of Red oxide and over it are coat of olive green paint complete and items srl No 59 (a) to (e) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair CB Steel with out arms FD-75(M) (a) Opening up and removal of seat, back and shoes of chair CB steel and preparation of old painted steel surfaces frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour and old painted wooden surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint, and refixing of seat/back if in serviceable condition. (The seat and back shoes if replaced shall be paid separately under respective items of Schedule ‘A’ here in after as supply only. The cost of steel bolts 3” long, 1/8” dia with nut and washers etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(b) Supply only wooden seats of IInd class hard wood duly caned (Godrej pattern) and polished for chair CB steel.

(c) Supply only wooden back of IInd class hard wood duly caned (Godrej pattern) and polished for chair CB steel.

(d) Supply only PVC shoe black for chair steel CBA and CB as shown on drawing.

(e) Supply and fixing of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm duly welded to seat frame of chair CB steel with both side front and back complete and items srl No 64 (a) to (e) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair school with handboard (MAP) FD/MAP/E6/05 (a) Removing old unserviceable one piece pvc seat and back of chair school with handboard (MAP) and in lieu providing new one piece pvc seat and back (Blowplast or equivalent) of chair as per specified in drawing including fixing material complete.

(b) Removing old unserviceable handboard of chair and in lieu providing new handboard made out of 18 mm pre-laminated particle board (Exterior grade) of size 600 x 300 mm with PVC edging shall be provided at all around the board with screwed to 25 mm hollow steel piece pipe to be inserted on 20 mm MS road welded to frame complete and including welding of steel frame the broken joints also painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint shade blackwith providing four nos new hard rubber shoes to each chair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to Chair CBA Spl with hand rest FD-75(M) (a) Removing old unserviceable seat of chair CB special with hand rest and in lieu providing new seat of chair CB special with hand rest as per specification mentioned in drg (including fixing materials). FD-75 (M) SH 1/1
