Dismantling MP tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortor and removing debris off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams/ chajjas and similar suspended work and removing unserviceable debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment from the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc. and removing debris off the premises all as specified and directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding / leveling course kerbs, or chamfered on edges finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) for laying floor finishes and mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick APP modified waterproofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with blown woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 160 g/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree celcius longitudnal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqcm , 10 cm overlap and 15 cm for end laps , over a coat of bitumen primer @ of 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finising with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg / Sqm and finished all as as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-The work shall be carried out by authorised appicator of manufacturer.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove and making good with CM (1:3) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregte) as in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified directed.

M & L for applying three coats of acrylic polymer based elastomeric coloured single component UV resistant liquid membrane (Dr Fixit New Coat or equivalant of Sika/Cico/STP) of about 1-1.5mm dry film thickness (dft) over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions over roof slab and taken up to 300mm high on wall etc, coving the prepared substrate at junctions of the terrace and parapet using polymer mortar to fill in the cracks opened up in V grooved complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Work will be carried out through manufactureres applicators only. (ii) Coverage of material should not be less than 2 Sqm per litre per coat or as per manufacurers instructions.

M & L for making 'V'shape groove of cracked roof surface, clean the surface thoroghly from dust, dirt, moss etc., and filling groove with crack filler (acrylic based, single part sealant) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Ultra Seal Polyurethane water proofing membrane over roof slab (of BOSTIK or equivalent in Sika India Ltd/ Fosroc Chemicals/ Choksey Chemicals) applying @ 0.75 Sqm/Ltr per coat and having 1.3mm wet film thickness all as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings for water supply pipes etc., laid in trenches / fixed on walls with suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only tubes 20mm bore, any grade to walls and ceilings or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs rotational moulded double layered polythene water storage tanks, 1000 Ltrs capacity, cylindrical, vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressured with polyethene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing unserviceable debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work/ roof fascia etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on concrete surface of chajja or roof facia over and including 10mm thick doubing coat /floating plastering in CM (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (anti-fungal) paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (anti-fungal) paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) and pointing the unaccessible dressed surface with the same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbase finished even and rough to receive the top layer finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick back side of wall all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia, class NP2 laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 300 mm bore all as specified and directed.
