Painting three or more coats with acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Applying one or more coats of Zinc epoxy primer on steel work of approved brand & manufactured ( Asian/Berger) on New work to give an even shade

Painting Two or more coats of Anti-corrosive Epoxy paint on Steel Work of approved brand on New work to give an even shade

Pointing on stone work, with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) Flush pointing
