M & L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts, including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde- E- 165) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast oncrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
