Schedule -A Modernisation of existing CRS Building at shop No.02EA040NC Kummalamman koil street-I and shop No.02EA041NC Kummalamman koil street-II at Vannarapettai in Chennai city. Dismantling existing damaged flooring and dadooing walls in Cement mortar with mosaic tiles, glazed tiles and cuddapaha slab and clearing away as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4(one cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the flooring with vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles with printed design of size 200mmx300mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of 110mm dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 110mm dia PVC Bend with working pressure 10Kg/Sqcm of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 110mm dia PVC door Elbow with working pressure 10Kg/Sqcm of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 25mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia PVC Bend with working pressure 10Kg/Sqcm of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia PVC Elbow with working pressure 10Kg/Sqcm of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia PVC Coupler with working pressure 10Kg/Sqcm of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia PVC Tee with working pressure 10Kg/Sqcm of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 1000 litres capacity confirming to ISI standards as directed by the departmental officers including cost of material and conveyance charges of material to work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve of 25mm dia with ISI make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete. 25mm Gate valve.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make confirming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of Inspection chamber following clear sizes 0.60x0.60M including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using best quality of second class Table mould bricks of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 23/4” with plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three plastering sand) 12mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 (One cement, three crushed stone sand and six agreegate) 15 cm thick and covered with preast slab t cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed interior plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Letter writing for stock details in infront of shop using black synthetic enamel paint including cost of paint, brush and labour charges for painting, the size and length as directed by the departmental officers.
