Earth Work in Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead 30.00m. Including fitting watering and ramming of exacavated earth into trenches of into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal&disposal as per SI. No. 251

Construction of subgrade with material obtained from borrow pits for local earth construction of embankment with approved material obtained from available land and permitted and approved by Engineer in charge and as per technical specification clause 301.3.4.1 with all lift and leads , spreadin,gradding to required slope and compecting to meet requirment to table 300 land,300.2 as per tech. classification 301.5 including up to 1000 meter.Cartage for 3.0km

R.c.c. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 in slab of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra excluding GST. SI.No. 283(a)

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as Rcc or R.B. work including supply of steel & its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. Exculding GST. SI No. 504

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 cement & fine sand mortor.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density grade iii as per technical specification clause 405.
