Supply and fixing in repair galvanised concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 900 mm dia with each length of roll not less than 7 -8 Mts having 50 Nos round per 6 mtr length, barbed razor ,spring core wire (2.5mm to 3 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and minium weight of 1.2 Kg/ meter and fixing the same with a spacing of 12 inches with existing/New Y shape angle iron placed 3m apart with all fixing arrangement GI wire . M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as directed.

M&L for Desludging of Soakage pit / Septic tank / Big Manholes of any dia and depth by Mechanical Sewage Suction Machine and collecting the entire sludge in closed filth carts, incl calling of NMC vehicle if required for suction and depositing the sludge outside Defence area, including sprinkling of antibiotic powder on effected area and refixing the covers as before, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) Necessary arrangement of tools & equipments for desludging will be beared by contractor. (ii)The Contractor will be liable for good functioning of existing Soakage pit/Septic tank /Big Manholes incl connecting sewage line upto completion period without any extra payment .The rate shall be deemed in inclusive for above said operations..
Removing existing man hole cover and cleaning of existing sewage line of any dia including manholes of any depth and size by mechanical sewage suction machine and collecting sludge in closed filth carts and depositing all as directed by Engr-in charge including sprikling of antibiotic powder on effected area and refixing the manhole cover as before all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The Contractor will be liable to good functioning existing sewage line upto completion period without any extra payment.The rate shall be deemed in above quoted item rate. (ii) Immediately after sewage cleaning work is orderd , it is the responsibility of the contractor to complete the cleaning work in one go not in peacmeal or leave the started work mid way for whatso ever reasons & complete the work with in time period as instructed by Engineer-in-charge , in case of failure , stopping the work mid way or not completing the sewage cleaning work in that case a penalty of Rs 200 /day shall be recovered (for late execution of work ) until the work is completed to the satisfaction of Engineeer-in-charge .
Labour only for opening of air locks in toilet/baths and kitchen water pipe line but excluding fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for repairs to broken edges of following types of joints by taking out existing sealing compound from existing joints of taxi track/ pavement/ hard standing etc with a racker to full depth as required and cleaning of joints by means of compressed air and removing the same away from taxi track to a distance exc 500m but n exc 1000m as directed, and filling of Joints 15mm wide and 20mm deep primed with Polyurethene based sealant and filled with Cold applied fuel resistant polyurethene sealing compound approved make including supply and laying backer rod where required to maintain depth of joint 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed. All as per item above but Joints 25mm wide and 20mm deep Notes for Item No 37 - (i) The width size of existing old joint , at site may be varied + & - (plus & minus) 3 mm which shall be kept in mind while quoting the rates. No price adjustment shall be made to + (plus) or – (minus) 3mm in width. The depth of joint shall be maintained by providing baker rod which is included in unit rates. (ii) The finished level of sealed joist shall be on an average 3 mm below the top surface of the pavement/ hard standing / taxi track.complete all as specified and as directed.
