Supply of Three Seater Dual Desk A) Classroom Desk of 1525mmlong in first row, comprising of 25mm pre-laminated post formed HDF board of superior quality on top of desk and seat of bench, however, front of first row shall be 18mm pre-laminated on both side HDF board of superior quality with writing surface 380mm wide, duly supported over a steel frame of CRCA pipe, 25x25x1.6mm and 25x40x1.6mm as per sketch properly designed and jointed with M.I.G. welding so as to achieve rigidity of frame and strength of welded joints. All steel parts shall be thoroughly pre-treated for degreasing de-rusting, phosphating and passivation, before being powder coated and baked in oven, so as to obtain scratch resistant surface with an average thickness of painted surface as 45 microns. Desk should be fixed on floor, with steel anchor bolts & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

B) Classroom Desk cum Benches of 1525mm long in middle row, comprising of 25mm pre-laminated post formed HDF board of superior quality on top of desk and seat of bench, however, back of bench shall be 18mm pre-laminated on both side HDF board of superior quality laminated on both side with seat and writing surface 380mm wide, back 300mm duly supported over a steel frame of CRCA pipe, 25x25x1.6mm and 25x40x1.6mm properly designed and jointed with M.I.G. welding so as to achieve rigidity of frame and strength of welded joints. All steel parts shall be thoroughly pre-treated for degreasing de-rusting, phosphating and passivation, before being powder coated and baked in oven, so as to obtain scratch resistant surface with an average thickness of painted surface as 45 microns. Desk should be fixed on floor, with steel anchor bolts & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

C) Classroom benches of 1525mm long in back row, comprising of 25mm pre-laminated post formed HDF board of superior quality over seat of bench, however, back of desk shall be 18mm pre-laminated on both side HDF board of superior quality comprising of seat 380mm wide & back 300mm wide with a gap of 150mm from seat duly supported over a steel frame of CRCA pipe, 25x25x1.6mm and 25x40x1.6mm properly designed and jointed with M.I.G. welding so as to achieve rigidity of frame and strength of welded joints. All steel parts shall be thoroughly pre-treated for degreasing de-rusting, phosphating and passivation, before being powder coated and baked, so as to obtain scratch resistant surface with an average thickness of painted surface as 45 microns. Desk should be fixed on floor, with steel anchor bolts & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Desk-cum-Bench Desk-cum-Bench of required length comprising of 25mm thick pre-laminated post formed HDF board of superior quality laminated on both side and of required thickness at seat and back. Seat 330mm wide, back 300mm wide and writing surface 355mm wide. The side edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick strip of impermeable PVC i.e. cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge bending machine at 200º C, duly supported over a steel frame of CRCA pipe 25 x 25mm x 1.6mm and 25 x 40mm 1.6mm properly signed and jointed with MIG welding so as to achieve rigid of the frame and strength of welded joints as per sketch. All steel parts shall be pre-treated in 4-step anticorrosion treatment (degreasing, pickling, phosphating and passivation) before being powder coated and baked in oven so as to achieve 40-45 micron thickness of powder and a complete scratch resistant surface and superb finish. Supply of Three Seater Dual Desk Dual desk of overall size 1525mm x 990mm made out of MS pipe frame 40mm x 25mm x 1.6mm thick as per sketch shall accommodate 3 persons at a time. The seat and back of the desk shall be made of 25mm thick pre-laminated post formed HDF board of size 1525mm x 380mm and 1525mm x 300mm respectively, duly covered side edges with hot pressed 2mm thick PVC lipping. The seat and back shall be fixed over MS frame with studs inserted into the board. The writing platform of the bench shall be 1525mm long and 380mm wide made of 25mm thick pre-laminated post formed HDF board with 2mm thick hot pressed PVC lipping, fixed over frame of MS pipe with studs inserted into the board. The number of bolts shall be provided as per requirement to fix the board accurately. The all steel components shall be pre-treated in 4 steps anticorrosion treatment (degreasing, pickling, phosphating and passivation) before being powder coated and baked in oven so as to achieve 40-45 micron thickness of powder.
