M&L for removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime cova 80 to 100mm thick mud phuska/cement concrete/lime cova etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding levelling etc and roof kerbs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100mm microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:- (a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated (b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) 3rd course ie. laying of APP Based modified membrane described herein before with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction, all joints and changes in all direction should be covered covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane (d) Fourth course of bounding materialusing blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg Per Sqm. (e) Fifth course applying two coats of aluminum paint on APP based modified membrane all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

S&F PVC water tank lid/cover of 250 to 500 ltr tank (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repair cleaning, removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulatring pipes and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item Ser No 7.00 above but exc 250 and n.exc 500ltr capacity complete all as directed

Dismantling water tank of exc. 500ltr but n.exc 1000ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item Ser No 9.00 above but exc 250 and n.exc 500ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank tripple layered 500 Ltr capacity, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item Ser No1.00 above but exc.500 and n.exc 1000ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed to 20 mm bore GI Pipe complette all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roofs, floor (Other than ground floor), beams, staircases, landing , chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 graded stone aggregate) as in benching of Chhajas, lintels, sunshed, chulla hoods, slabs and other similar work with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path laid in alternate panels not more than 3mtr in length laid to slope 1:30 including forming joints 10mm wide and upto full depth of PCC and filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) part bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts os sand complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore in new or old position in wall, ceiling and floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm medium grade GI steel tubing including all fittings and fixed complete to wall ,ceiling and laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connection 20 mm bore in new or old position in wall, ceiling and floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm medium grade GI steel tubing including all fittings and fixed complete to wall ,ceiling and laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia stop cock of cast copper alloy but fancy type chromium plated screwed down high pressuer with crutch or butter fly handle on both ends for iron pipe or for union fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Roof covering of any description or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board of any description or any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheeting 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in roof covering, wall etc and fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick fixed with L type or J type or creanked bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F grid false ceiling with GI system powder coated prelude 24, (Main runner 3600mm long, 32mm height Cross Tee 1200mm lengthx27mm height & 600mm length, 25mm height and wall angle 3000mm length) and including providing & fixing 9mm thick PVC pre-laminated aluminium foil backed Gypsum tile of size 595mmx595mm of approved make fixed in ceiling frame work, complete all as specified and directed.(Make:- Armstrong/Saint Gobain)
