Bidders are required to submit bid security for the required value and validity for the required period. Bidders may use the format given in Section 4 - Bidding forms for this purpose. As the present bid is proposed for single stage opening, the conditions put forth in the Section 1 - Instruction to bidders in connection with opening of technical proposal shall not apply to this bid.

Bidders are required to submit experience certificate in support of their credential for executing the key activity mentioned in the bid document. The cerfificate should be issued by an official not below the rank of JA grade officer. Certificate issued by private individual shall not be considered.

The bidder should submit the written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the Bidder shall consist of: (a) In case of Companies, a POA from the Director of the Company who has been authorized by the Board of Directors through resolution to sign on behalf of the Company (b) In case of firms Power of Attorney by the Proprietors. (c) In case of JV POA by the JV partners.
