Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

~Ditto~ all as per Srl item No. 2.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Old bricks obtained from item no 1.00 shall be re-used after cleaning.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. M&L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles (digital) (450 x 300)x 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match complete including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including Screed bed or bedding layer of Cement Mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, necessary grinding, rubbing, rounding to exposed edges and polishing in granite finish complete all as specified and directed. Note: (size of the stone slab not less than 22"x22")

M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in skirting, over cement mortar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete over and incl 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel framed works such as grills,gratings,etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos Cement (AC) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidized bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / sqm. (iii) Applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85 / 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg / sqm. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surfaces polymeric water proofing membrane, hyperplas standard weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm / sqm over and including a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg / sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete.
