Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Km, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works conveyance royalities and taxes etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge

Providing good lateriate moorum spreading to proper camber and grade consolidation with PRR including cost and carriage of all materials with hire and running charges of PRR etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) (WBM-III)

Labour for scrapping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10sqm and aying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in 1 layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size HG metal and 12Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charge of PRR and all other machineries including cost conveyance of bitumen metal and chips complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of apecified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostic pave finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and aligjment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H specificationf or road and bridge works (4th revision) etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 1KM stone , 5th Km & 200Km stones on the road as per approved drawing and specification including cost of all materials T&P labour painting figuring and fixing etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (a) 1KM Stone

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
