STEEL WORKS

Steel work in built up (square & hollow section) trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of approved steel primer red oxide chrom primer conforming to IS 2079, welded and bolted incluiding special shape washer etc. complete.

Supply & Installation of 22mm thick (minimum) standing seam polycarbonate panels with suitable polycarbonate connector including trapezoidal HDSS Fastener, screws to fix the same on to the supporting structure including aluminium UPD etc. complete for roofing & as per the direction of the engineer in charge. The cost shall include assembling & installation of entire panel with width of 1040-1200mm (min) c/c on top of MS Structure (paid separately) to ensure a pull-out load of min. 7000N (7KN) tested as per ISO 6892:1998 and IS 1608:2005. Panels shall be with angular daylighting concept in translucent clear and opaque walls in two colours in single panel to achieve required Lux Levels with improved variable daylighting & shading throughout the day for better ambient temperature below the roof. Panels shall be with six to seven layers & shall pass dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97 & shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 of 15 units when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. U value shall not be more than 1.7 W/m2K as per EN ISO 10077-2:2018. Approve Make: Flux / DPI Daylighting or approved equivalent.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing & fixing 19 mm thick cement fibre board for cushion of roofing as per approved design

The Ring structure to be installed on the top of the Qlmp[ic Ring building shall withstand 200 km/hr wind velocity. All materials shall be as per the technical specifications of the tender and got approved before start of fabrication and installation.MS Frame Work Paid Separately

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metalliccontacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof.The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. Providing Cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of 1:1:2 (1 cem:1 c/sand:2 gr.st.aggrt 20 mm n/size) of 45 cm bore dia with length of 18.00m from existing G.L i/c reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending,binding and placing in position complete (b) TMT bars.

FORM WORKS

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in.(using 12mm shuttering ply)(a) Foundation footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flooring Works

Granite stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 Cement: 6 Kanhaighat coarse sand:) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with -(a) Granite slab 20 mm slab thick (i)Jade Black 60 x 120 cm

STEEL WORKS

Steel work in built up (square & hollow section) trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of approved steel primer red oxide chrom primer conforming to IS 2079, welded and bolted incluiding special shape washer etc. complete.

Supply & Installation of 22mm thick (minimum) standing seam polycarbonate panels with suitable polycarbonate connector including trapezoidal HDSS Fastener, screws to fix the same on to the supporting structure including aluminium UPD etc. complete for roofing & as per the direction of the engineer in charge. The cost shall include assembling & installation of entire panel with width of 1040-1200mm (min) c/c on top of MS Structure (paid separately) to ensure a pull-out load of min. 7000N (7KN) tested as per ISO 6892:1998 and IS 1608:2005. Panels shall be with angular daylighting concept in translucent clear and opaque walls in two colours in single panel to achieve required Lux Levels with improved variable daylighting & shading throughout the day for better ambient temperature below the roof. Panels shall be with six to seven layers & shall pass dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97 & shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 of 15 units when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. U value shall not be more than 1.7 W/m2K as per EN ISO 10077-2:2018. Approve Make: Flux / DPI Daylighting or approved equivalent.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead to 50 m.in Hard dense soil. (a) Lift above 1.5 m

Banking excavated earth in layer not exceeding 20 cn in depth , breaking clods , watering , rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every third and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankment for roads marginal banks flood banks and guide bank lead upto 50 metres and lift upto 1.5 metre (a) Hard / dense soil
