Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioing of 12.5 mtrs height flood lighting high mast tower in multiple sections for Apron Lighting suitable for wind speed of minimum 39m/s as per IS 875 (Part -III), hot deep galvanized, comprising of raising and lowering system, head frame, lantern carriage for fixing and holding the flood light fittings and control gear box, double drum winch, SS wire rope, trailing cable, manual handle, junction box, lighting finial, MCB, electric driven integral power tool motor, power and control cables,lighting arrestor etc. all other accessories as required along with the following as per the specification given: Work includes the installation of LED Flood Light luminiaries, installation of counter weights for proper balancing and installation of LED type double drome Aviation obstruction light and its wiring and connection complete as required and wiring material from junction box to indiviual luminaire and MCB in base compartment and accessories etc. as required as per the technical specifications. a) Luminaires carriage to hold all required LED light fittings for lux level as per ICAO specification in apron area plus two additional light fittings for redundancy including all accessories, counter weights and self balance etc. b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive pulley & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm dia etc. completes with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool motor installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation. c) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 5 core control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings including 2 Nos double dome Aviation obstruction lights. d) Instllation,testing,Wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB etc as required. e) Supply and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.(The material should be supplied and certified by OEM) f) Construction of foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth including all materials and labour, The foundation design should withstand wind pressure 39m/s as per IS 875 along with desired fitting and foundation design vetted by Govt. Engineering collage etc. complete as required. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust and vermin proof outdoor type pedestal mounted distribution feeder piller (of size approx 1000x1000x300 mm) on cement concrete foundation generally confirming to IS-5039-1983 as amended upto date and to withstand rough usage and weather, fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged double door having locking arrangement. The panel shall be powder coated painting, supply and fixing of following switchgears, interconnections, earthing etc. complete as required and as per enclosed particular specifications and single line diagrams. (a) incoming - 01 No. 32 Amp, 4 Pole, MCB having variable current settings (Ics-100 percent Icu, 18 KA), spreader links and extendable ON OFF rotary handle. (A) Outgoings - 32 A, 4 Pole C curve MCB, relay contactor and Timer complete as required-02 Nos. (B) 16 A, two pole C curve MCB for aviation light connection - 02 Nos. (c) 6- 32 A, DP C curve MCB-02 Nos. Suitable capacity DOL starter for operating motor with Up and Down push button.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 W LED Flood Light luminaire with IP 66 protected, die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant diffuser and MS powder coated bracket suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for Apron High Mast. Supply of Twin dome LED type aviation obstruction light luminair with lamp, fixtures, as per requirement of ICAO (ICAO Annex 14) mounting clamp, nut bolt etc. complete as required. (Make - Bajaj/Wipro/Philips/intertek)

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured electric cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 PART-I with upto date amended. (a)4 X 25 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe pipes as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete as required. OD 63mm ID 51mm

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supply & laying of following sizes of FRLS PVC INSULATED copper conductor cable of 650V/1100 V grade confirming to IS- 1554-PART I and IS 7098 PART-I with upto date amended. (a) 3 core 2.5 sq.mm

Supply of IP 65 LED street light fitting of 70 Watt intensity with all Accessories complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply of Counter Weight to Balance Luminaire.

Dismantling of existing High Mast & other accessories complete as required and transporting it to AAI site as per EIC instruction.

Dismantling of existing 9 mtr height street light poles along with accessories and reinstallation with all accessories including the suitable wiring & fixing of street light fittings and necessary RCC foundation including excavation and refilling at AAI premises etc as required.
