M&L for cleaning of over head water reservoir of capacity 10000 gln to 60000 glns at a stage of 4 to 10 mtr above ground level, cleaning internal walls and bottom surfaces by using wire brush / coconut coir removing all accumulated silt, foreign materials etc including disposal of materials to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr as directed and cleaning of chocked pipes etc by applying soda lime solutions, re-cleaning with fresh water after re-brushing with bleaching powder solution / liquid solution to ensure removal of all stiky deposits, drainig out all dirty collected water including applying one coat of white cement wash to entire internal suface of reservoir and dual coat of white wash at external surface after clenaing with brush including writting letters by thick paint capacity and date of cleaning on tank complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity :-

Over head reservoir of 25000 glns capacity at MH area.

Over head reservoir of 20000 glns capacity at Key Persenel Qtrs pump house area.

Over head reservoir of 60000 glns at Main pump house.

All as per item No 1 above but under ground reservoir of following capacity :-

Under ground reservoir of 35000 glns capacity at Key Personel pump house.

Under ground reservoir of 20000 glns capacity at Main pump house and Chusul pump house.

Under ground reservoir of 10000 glns capacity at Main pump house

Under ground reservoir of 5000 glns capacity at Cariappa pump house and MH pump house. Note for item No. 1 & 2 :- (i) Cost of all T&P, chemicals required for cleaning, wire brushes, pumping sets, white cement and all other safety equipments deemed to be included in the unit qouted rates. (ii) By pass arrangement shall be made by contractor to maintain existing supply system without any extra cost,.

Dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable sluice valves by removing the all nuts, bolts washers and gasket etc,from the water mains and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

Supply and fixing sluice valve ISI Marked (IS 14846-2000), Class PN - 1.0, both ends flanged with CI body, S/S spindle, checknut and iron wheel etc including provision of new nuts, bolts, washers and gasket including testing complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :- (Make:- ZOLOTO,KIRLOSKAR,LEADER)

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rail etc including cleats, brackets etc.

M & L for mild steel screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc. 10 cm long of dia 15 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, copings and kerb, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing / laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings fixed on wall/ roof or laid in trenches/ floors complete all as specified including taking out the old pipe as directed for the following size :- (Make:- JINDAL,PRAKASH,TATA,SWASTIK)

Supply and fixing Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed including taking down the old valve complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- (Make:- ZOLOTO,KIRLOSKAR,LEADER)

(b) 25 mm bore

(c ) 40 mm bore

(d) 50 mm bore

M & L for Excavation for taking out/laying cable in trenches in soft/loose/hard soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceding 1.5 m deep for laying of GI pipe of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve chamber of size 1500 mm x 1500 mm x 860mm (internal dimention) with brick masonty valve chamber, 100mm thich PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation, 200mm thick brick wall built in CM (1:6), 50mm thich coping of PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) to all internal and exposed surface including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, MS sheet cover 6mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two valves) and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc with and including dismantling and taking out existing damaged/ rusted valve pit cover of any size from valve pit chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, Class K-9,for 80 mm dia of sizes conforming to IS-8329-2000 and suitable for push on joints, laid in trenches including standard bituminous finish layer not less than 70 micron and cement lining etc including tyton joint and all jointing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make:- TATA,UPADHYAY,LEADER,ELECTROSTEEL. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply and fixing and connecting pieces one end flanged and other socketed or spigot and bell mouth peces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth complete all as specified and directed.
