Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.1 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer.

Supply drawing, connecting and testing in replacement, 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed`, copper conductor (flexible ) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from KIOSK box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting fitting 70 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to pole or buried in ground or drawn in cable trenches or any other indicated situation for loop earthing/Pole earthing etc as required 4 S.W.G. nominal dia of galvanized iron complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure

M&L for Bore earthing in replacement of 150 mm dia buried by vertical boring machine, depth 50 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12mm dia, 115mm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto the depth of 49 mtr and one mtr above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commericial salt charcoal dust, copper suphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The borewell should have 12 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of borewell. Welding of GI Strip 50mmx6mm on earth electrode GI Pipe 50mm dia upto 10mtr below ground level and 15 mtr from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 60cmx60cmx30cm all as directed by Engr-in-charge. GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately. Note :- Cost of gun metal test point deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L in replacement 50x6mm galvanised iron strip for earth continuity conductor for panel etc complete all as directed at site.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing of size 240 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm .
