Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, to 20mm thick including all cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one Part of cement, two Part of M- Sand and four Part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 20 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Paving the floor with Scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and size laid in CM 1:2 mix including all charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannotbe released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Painting with exterior emulsion paint two coats with best approved brand and colour. The brand and colour should be got approved from the Exe. Engineer before use on works.

Painting with enamel paint over new iron work for Grill with two coats approved by I.S.I. paint to first quality as per the instructions of departmental officers over the existing priming coats in all floors. The make and colour of paint to be got approved by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing in position 22" Indian type water closet with foot reset includes "P" (or) "S" trap including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std.,specifications.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light (6 points per coil) (for rooms like bath, toilet & pumproom, etc.)
